Allison was extremely rough with my dog. She caused him to pee on himself. In all 7 years of being groomed with petco that has never ever happened. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Drive a little farther to go to the clifton park location. Michael is much more gentle and does a much better job.

Too many brands of cat food. Problem is lack of variety of popular brands.
We used to order from Chewy.
We need Friskie's indoor canned cat food chunks in gravy.

There are hardly any employees ever at the register. More than half the time I grab something on sale it rings up at full price & rather than a quick change I spend another 15minutes in the store waiting for employees to figure it out. I would never shop here if it wasn’t for the 8th bag of food free. I work a very similar job & it seems like the people here don’t have a clue how to even operate their mydevices/register. Truly, if they got rid of the food rewards I would never set foot in one again.

It's the closest place to me for pet supply. I buy some salt water fish, half die w/ no retuning, a lot of time because of improper removal from their tanks...snails, crab, anemones. No one seems to know anything about any of the fish or animals other than what shelf talkers say

This PetSmart is a reliable local favorite, always well-stocked with a wide range of pet supplies. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, consistently providing great service. The self-service wash is a fantastic feature, making it easy to keep pets clean. Highly recommend for all pet needs!

Took my dog for prior grooming without issue. however over last few days I attempted to contact and check availability for a walk in nail trim. when I select grooming department I get transferred to dead air silence for 5-10 before call disconnects.
