This is ridiculous I went to move units I had 20 pianos in I had to move them to the new unit I just pause for Lorraine though it was necessary to lock the unit on the final day of use because I did not sign the lease on the new unit yet ? How does this make sense if anything the new unit should be in question or nothing at all because I paid. It’s said people will do anything to feel that they are better than others just do your job. Don’t take away access to my things and then hang up the phone when I call to have the lease sent to sign since I never received it

I visited the Latham Prime Storage and talked to Beth and Lorraine who were super helpful with getting me set up with a storage unit. Highly recommend.

Consistently has problems with making a payment here. Was also charged for insurance after presenting my renters insurance which covered the unit. Left this business and found a much nicer storage facility for the same price

I had a terrible experience with prime storage. When I first signed up, I was not informed that I needed to have insurance on my unit. 2 days before my bill was due for the 2nd month, I was sent an email telling me I needed to buy their inflated insurance. I did some research on my own and realized that I could use my renters insurance policy. I sent my policy information to prime storage the day after I got the email and was still charged for the month. When I called customer service, I was informed I could not have the charge taken off even though I submitted the information right away. Then, on 2 separate occasions, my gate code would not work and I was unable to get access to my unit. Customer service informed me the code should be working, but they will have a supervisor get back to me and they never did. I vacated due to this problem and my code still didn't work. I had to be given an exit code by customer service to vacate. On top of that my rent was raised the third month I had the unit. Terrible experience! I will never rent from them again.

Good location, lots of cameras so your stuff feels protected codes to get in. The only thing I would suggest is that the codes were 24 hours so that you could get in at any time. Other than that grape spot

Incredibly expensive and quoted me $158 for a 5x10, when a competitor .3 miles away has the same quality units available for $95. That’s not capitalism, that’s price gouging

Storage manager was very helpful during the move in process. The unit was clean and remained dry throughout the winter months. The company, however, raised the monthly charge approx. 3 times, raising the price so high that it became impractical for me to continue to rent the unit. I was only chased away by the excessive cost.

The staff there, especially Loraine, are very helpful and kind. The first time I used my unit I had to load it during hours that the office was not open. Loraine went to great lengths to make sure I would not have any problems. Everything went well thanks to their efforts. Thanks Prime Storage.

Dear, Prime Storage, I do understand that you are very eager to get my feedback and have my rating as local guide and with very good reputation of having point with the reviews. Although it was just 1 week and for the first time but I can tell that ButterflyMX app I never used but I am glad that you noticed my digital signature and find it almost like in City Hall. :-)I will be back to rate you. For now I can tell that property of storage reminds me like everyone's else design of USSR garages starting back in 1960's and that is actually not only that. I mentioned already since we moved in Albany back in 2011 that NYS library reminds me by architecture Theater of Opera and Ballet in Vilnius, Lithuania. What made me wonder constantly why Schenectady, as research laboratory and headquarters of GE as General Electric so poorly energy efficient not only according Energy Act but NEC requirements and even health care wise as prototype of Elektrenai, Lithuania, USSR back in 1960-1992 and have only name for taxi as Electric City.Of course it is not Prime Storage would be but just as former refugees of these buildings vendors and designers from former USSR countries and as it was called Socialistic Block Countries aka Eastern Europe how prejudice is Irish Community in Latham to Russian Federation, Russian Orthodox overall including some parts of Colonie, NY including famous not only Garden Managment properties but some others too.Have a great the rest of Maslenitca, Uzgavienes and Ashes Wedsnday, dear Irish too :-)..

When I tried to pay to bring my acct current. They refused my payment. Then said I had 20 days to fix. But less than a week later they sent me a letter telling me I no longer had access to my storage. After they cut my lock went through my things they are now trying to get me to pay almost $800 worth of fees and God knows what. They truly treated me horribly and I stored with them from before they became Prime Storage. I will never recommend them to anyone

Staff was nice but it was extremely expensive. The rent jumps constantly. I started at 40 something was at 95 when I left in under two years. VERY expensive and I guess the paint they slapped on the outside was an upgrade that warranted for another price hike. It was just too expensive for a 4x6. Great location though.

Rented a smaller space for two years at the Latham facility with no issues. Auto-payment worked out fine as well. Reliable service.
