The lady who drew my blood is unskilled and pushed the needle in way too far. She then took ages to get the needle out even after she had filled 2 vials, because she had not prepared the cotton to cover the area. Then proceeded to wiggle the needle around, causing even more pain. I have never experienced a more painful and poorly done blood draw, and I have been getting my blood drawn annually for over 25 years. Will not be returning.

My insurance only accepts Quest, otherwise I'd never step foot in another Quest location. Occasionally I'll get good service from the phlebotomists; however, the overall service Quest provides its patients should be investigated. I've had to get routine blood work for the past three years, and every single time I've been to Quest, there's some sort of issue. Sometimes they swear they don't have my script, when I bring the printed script, they don't know where to send the results (even though the doctor's name and address are listed on every page), and the worst has been the past two visits when 1) they sent the bloodwork to the WRONG doctor in a different state and then corporate tried to gaslight me into thinking nothing was wrong and 2) when they lost my results for over two weeks. Avoid Quest like the plague!

I have been a Quest client for several years.
My last visit was almost perfect with an appointment.
They have a convenient location. With their app on your phone your results are lightening fast.
Of course the place is super clean and the employees are quite skilled and very pleasant.

Ridiculous wait times. No receptionist, just an iPad to check in on. Go to LabCorp instead, if you can.

I had an appointment at 2:30 and was there on time. The nurse didn’t come out until 2:44 as she was chatting with someone inside. Then she asked if I have an appointment or walk in- I responded with my appointment time. She walked me inside and the room was unclean and unsterile. There were bloody napkins all over the chair. She then told me to email her the paperwork and when I did so, she later responded that she didn’t receive anything. After half an hour of waiting and me fasting the whole day, she said they couldn’t do my lab work since the place closes at three. Do you see the unprofessionalism I’ve experienced? From Kathy unprofessionalism to unsterile room, it was a disappointment visit. Don’t waste your time going there.

I'm telling you...I actually am a real customer whom had a real visit with a real team member and not a sponsor, employee or bot. Joanne earned these 5 stars! I read the reviews beforehand but I wanted to see for myself. People, if that's the way it was in the past, then so be it but it is in no way even near the neg reviews that we read today posted from people with bad experiences
from yesterday. Joanne, simply the best!
Quest, you need more like her and that's a fact! She's the reason for this rating.

Great time slot selections. I arrived early but there was no one in the office except me. I checked in, scanned my ID and insurance card then sat down. Within 30 seconds an associate called my name and took me in. My associate was friendly, quick, and gentle when drawing my blood.

What a terrible experience here! Came for blood work, staff (black female) was so rude and obnoxious. Yelled at me for not having my paperwork printed and had no way print it off my email. Never again!

Went in the morning and was quick in and out. Got seen right away, and the location had parking and a lot of space in the waiting area. The staff was very nice and professional
