If I could give no stars I would give no stars! The lady at the front desk was very rude to my mom and told her that she didn’t have an appointment even though she did and was speaking to my mom in a very aggressive way because my moms english isn’t very good. My elderly mom felt very uncomfortable!! The irony is that the lady herself has an accent so why is she condescending?!!

I did everything I was supposed to do before arriving for my PRE-SCHEDULED appt. In fact, I had to select from a specific category of times for my unique blood test.Arrived and was told that my blood draw type could only be done before 11AM (again, I used the Quest website which said the test needed to be done before 1PM).It seemed that a Fed-Ex pick-up was needed and they had already come for the day. I deal with Fed-Ex all the time and they will usually do anything they can to help a shipper. Calling Fed-Ex to make this request was beyond the capability of the "manager".Waste of my time AND this was the second time I tried to get this done (it was a different Quest location the 1st time).The phlebotomist did apologize.

I made an appointment online and went there and a nice guy took some blood. Checking should be the easier though, I had to scan my drivers license and insurance card on their self service tablet.

Same as all Quest locations: No way to contact them by phone. They quite literally divide you from the doctors calling and then hang up the phone on you. They claim you can easily access help via the website but that is a lie.

Good experience. I made an appointment. Checked in on the tablet at the front. I was called right away. The technician was super nice and easy to talk to. It was just a super easy and good experience.The place was clean, had a good amount of seating, wasn't crowded.

I was seen at my exact appointment time, my phlebotomist was very pleasant, and she found my very hard to find veins with no problem. I'd definitely return to this location.

The lady there was disgustingly rude and very unprofessional she refused to take any walk ins and only appointments when there was nobody at all there for their appointments!!! My test would’ve taken not even 5 minutes but instead she told everyone for a walk in to go make an appointment somewhere else in the most disrespectful manner possible

My insurance requires us to use them. Have never had a problem- free visit here. Don't go here if you don't have to.

The only place I’ll go for bloodwork. I was getting bloodwork done weekly, sometimes daily for almost 2 years. I got to know the phlebotomist William well during that time since I was going so frequently. He was always kind, helpful, and not once did I have issues with the sticks, even when I was running out of space to do them. I’m starting treatments again soon, and look forward to him being my phlebotomist again.

The guy who took my sample was rude and condescending and does not know how to talk to people who refuses to answer any questions, not to mention totally missed my vein and now I have hematoma and bruise to prove it! My test result says it couldn’t be done because it says “could not obtain the required specimen”! He should not be there at all. Sounds like many people have complained about it and Quest does not seem to care! Look out for this a$@&%#e!

Giving two stars because it was easy to make an appointment, easy to check in and I didn’t have to wait at all, which was nice. However the facility is a little run down and the person who drew my blood was extremely unprofessional. The man who drew my blood met every question I asked with a condescending, short remark that did not clear up any of my confusion. I didn’t get his name but he was a middle aged man with a tattoo on the back of his neck. Probably shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing field.

Be prepared to be greeted by a rude and condescending male staff member. The best word to describe him is abrasive. There seems to be multiple reviews of him being described exactly like this. He does not belong in any service industry especially one where people need to come in for medical tests. He made me extremely uncomfortable.
