About The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center
The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center is a very large store with a good sized furniture area and plentiful parking. The outside looks nicer than the inside; the inside feels like a warehouse with little natural light. It is mostly clothing, including lots of Zara clothing and many items NWT, but in various stages of wear. There is a very small section for household items and a small shoe section, with appliances and furnishings scattered all about. Clothes are semi-organized. As a high traffic area, it can feel overwhelming and is not as cleanly and organized as other locations, but shoppers can find great finds and really lovely treasures, including furniture. Prices range and there are discounts every day on certain color tags. Proceeds from sales fund Adult Rehabilitation Centers. The donation system could use some tweaks, as donors are sometimes sent away when only certain items are accepted. However, the center accepts both working and non-working TVs. It is advised to check donation hours before going.

I tried to donate a car seat but was informed they don't take those type of items. No problem hey took my other 4 boxes of household stuff. Ladies were very nice and gave me a receipt. Then I went inside and found out about a Wednesday sale. Left with more items than planned.

It's dirty and unorganized. Wednesdays are everything but white tag 50% off days.
