I’ve lived in a couple different states and Sam’s Club constantly pales in comparison to Costco but today they made me question keeping my membership (even with the closest Costco 90 minutes away).
Stock is always low or completely out at this location. Produce not fresh or rotten.
Today at the cafe I ordered a soft pretzel with salt. They were premade and it had maybe 15 pieces of salt on it. I asked for a replacement and the lady was mad at me for breaking it apart (as if she wanted to re-sell it and now she couldn’t). They replaced it and when I took it out of the bag, it was the exact same. Almost zero salt (and it’s not like it fell off into the bag - bag was empty). See pictures for salt vs no salt areas. 100% officially done buying at the cafe, and when our Costco opens next year I will be first in line to cancel our Sam’s Club Membership.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a gift card there and the cashier didn’t activate it. All managers and supervisors giving me the run around and making it very difficult to make it right and get the situation fixed. Very frustrating!!

yesterday I ordered the some grocery from the sams club, and the delivery lady came to deliver the stuff and I was 2 minutes away from my house, and I told her wait for me. She didn't even wait and took my grocery back I seen her downstair in parking lot and told her to please leave my grocery. She didn't , she mad and left. When she came delivered the a grocery, I saw her on my camera. She was throwing the box, I have footage. I told waid i m in parking lot bu she didn't care left with my grocery I went to Sam's Club and try to talk to manager, but I stay over there 1 hour. I cannot believe no one helped me poor costumer service still i see my app out for delivery and they charged me without having grocery when I asked the manager where is the grocery, he says, he don't know.You have to call your third party delivery.I didn't order from third party, I order from through the sams

Products and member price/perks good. However, every time I go to Sam’s Club, I’m stopped by the same older Caucasian woman who lets everybody that looks like her go in front of me without
Asking them for their member card. Because I look different from her, she asks me to present my membership card. I have spoken to the manager previously about the same employee harassing me, and he said that he would speak to her, and also included that there are certain members that they will stop. What criteria is it for the certain members that they will stop? You have to be African-American or look Hispanic? All other employees will smile and greet but do not card (as it should be) II would not be going into Sam’s Club. If I did not have a membership card to purchase items when leaving it would make absolutely no sense.. This type of harassing behavior drives members away. I am seriously thinking about getting a card at BJ’s and cannot wait for Costco‘s to arrive in this area. Sam’s Club used to be my go to place to buy for a family because they have great bulk products and prices, but when I am harassed at the door when walking in and all of my items have to be checked some scanned when leaving it’s overkill Especially when you’re carding, yelling at and trying to follow certain members. I would not mind if it were the same policy for EVERY MEMBER not just SOME! If this type of behavior from the employee continues I will record and post the next harassing interaction.

Don't come here for meat ... no matter what day I go weekday weekend , morning afternoon they never have beef ribs .. meat is not pulled when it's out of date saw this today ..
Hardly ever have a good selection unless you want pork ...
Idk who the meat manager is now but they need to do better ..
Mons ago they had a good one who amazingly had meat and would actually cut it for you... lazy is not a good look sams ..

I received an email that my Bakery order was ready, I called to confirm, the associate that answered the phone told me my order was ready, I asked him if he could confirm he said "I'm looking right at them". Well I went to pick up my order and it's not there so He LIED to me. I'm not very happy. He needs to be reprimanded for lying to customers... (my time of call was 1:40 Sunday June 23)

Bought someone a membership for a gift. Now I’m automatically renewed a year later with no notice. sams club is over an hour away.. awesome :(
