We ordered theatre chairs from a company back in December with promised shipping of 5-10 business days. Today we were told they would be delivered anywhere from early in the morning until 9 pm at night (absolutely ridiculous window with no time frame), I kept checking to see if there was an update up until about 7:15pm tonight I was notified I would have to wait an entire week (next Tuesday) to get here. Considering we had plans for these seats within the next couple of days and we’re already cutting it close, and it was shipped out to this facility, it seems to be no one else’s fault except this department for poor communication and absolutely no way to reach customer service representatives for an explanation.
