Liars and thieves. They will misrepresent prices and payment schemes, change your bills when you're not looking, and make "mistakes" that cause you to pay more. Every interaction I've had with Spectrum has consisted of them saying one thing and doing another. And when you come to figure out why you're getting screwed they smirk in your face. Any decent person should be ashamed to work there scamming people. There's a reason this company nearly got run out of the state years ago!

Worst customer service ever. The lazy employee with the lip ring doesn’t want to do her job! Last appointment of the day to buy a new phone and she didn’t want to bother with getting it set up so just made me order a phone online to set it up myself, and then took my license and didn’t give it back. Store was closed by the time it was realized and Had to go days later as I work 12 hour shifts and couldn’t get it sooner. Required license verification and then still couldn’t get the cellphone. Do yourself a favor, think about getting spectrum, and then DONT! They suck!

We recently went to the Spectrum store in Latham NY to get a new cell phone for my father. A young man named Omar helped us out. He explained the phone and the plan. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently and took the time to answer all our questions. He even went to the back to get a chair for my father, who walks with a cane and can’t stand for long periods of time. I have had negative customer service experiences with Spectrum in the past but Omar could not have been more kind and helpful. We are thankful to him for making the phone purchase a better experience than we were expecting!

I did not feel comfortable when I was in the waiting area for quiet time, and a girl interrupted my conversation with my family to say I could not be available to open a new account because the store was going to close soon. The way she spoke to me was very poor, and I did not feel comfortable or welcome at this location with the customer service.

I recently visited this Spectrum store and had an absolutely bad experience. The customer service was beyond terrible. The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping customers with simple questions about adding a new line or upgrading the phone after I had already gotten my ticket and waited in line. What kind of customer service company does that?
When I finally got to speak with someone, they were unable to provide clear and helpful information about my account. I left the store feeling frustrated and completely dissatisfied.

Came in to cancel service and there were only two reps available. The one guy was with the same client for ever doing a cell phone activation and wouldn’t take other customers in between. Terrible service

I just waited 30 minutes with 2 employees helping two customers in front of me with zero inclination either one was even close to being finished...I just want to return equipment a 2 minute transaction. I left without even returning the stuff because I had another errand to run. You can't make people wait forever for a basic returning equipment. I was in this store one other time and I spent 25 minutes waiting that time as well.
