Friendly staff. Not too busy at least when i was there. So i was helped quickly. Had some issues with phone reading micro sd card. After nearly an hour of hearing " this is really weird" after watching the individual go through my phone...i was left with no option or solution besides " call the manufacturer" my time could have been better spent.

This location has the rudest, disrespectful and RACIST representatives that I have ever met. I wish I would have noted the representatives name! PEOPLE OF COLOR BEWARE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT LIKE YOU IN THIS LOCATION!! I WISH I CAN GIVE IT ZERO STARS!

Tyler was fantastic in assisting me! He was thoughtful, informed, polite, and really helpful (e.g., listened, answered questions made appropriate suggestions, etc.). The Latham store is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. Happy to write a review for excellent customer service and this was excellent.

The staff at this location were condescending and rude beyond belief. I went to return a cable box and to adjust my service accordingly. I was not able to sigh in. The service person offered to sign me in behind the four people that came in after me. I told them that I was unable to sign in and they told me I should have asked for help. I tried to ask for help but the girl just kept her head down and ignored my request. After that, all my wife and I got was attitude. The customer service person threw my returned boxes into a cabinet and tore a receipt and handed it to me. I thanked her for her time at which point she audibly smirked behind my back. I was going to ignore the whole thing until the smirk. I will have to call spectrum to see if my service request was carried out and my boxes were counted as returned. I do not trust this person to carry out their professional duty. I have attached a picture of the receipt. I do not think it was the copy I was supposed to get back.I got a response back that said the owner of the store would like to follow up on this. I was supplied with a useless link filled with frequently asked questions and nowhere for me to follow up. I imagine that this employee will not be spoken to by management. The unprofessional behavior at this location will be alowed to continue. I suggest you do not do business at this location.

Went here to gain info regarding return of Cable box I was being charged for ( incidentally which I returned here last Nov. ) and to avoid phone call, was told that they couldn't help and I needed to call Customer service my reply was were they not customer service answer "Nope" couldn't help? Place is a mystery?

after a 2 day, 4 hour nightmare with a rude service representative at the Clifton Park store we went to Latham. the staff was professional and the supervisor traveled between service reps to insure good service ( that was Michael). it did take a few days to get our phones switched but he opened a problem log , advised us of the situation and followed up. it was well worth the ride to go to Latham.

Called to try to upgrade our 2 mobile lines from by the gig to the 29.99 offer, with one line for free for 12 months. They would not honor this deal. They say that upgrading our lines is not the same as getting a new line, even though we would still be spending the same monthly. What a con....

This location is easy to get to, has great customer service, and will help you with any issues you are having. Parking is easy and their hours are practical.So far no complaints here!The gentleman who assisted us is named Jason, if he's there go to him, he is amazing!
