I recently made the switch to T-Mobile after 15 years with Verizon, and I am beyond impressed with the outstanding service I received at the local T-Mobile store. The team, consisting of Erica, Henry, and Dan, went above and beyond to make my transition seamless and enjoyable.Erica's expertise and patience in explaining the various plans and features were invaluable. She took the time to understand my needs and provided tailored recommendations that truly enhanced my mobile experience.Henry's technical prowess and attention to detail ensured that the transition process was smooth and hassle-free. He addressed all my concerns with a positive attitude and made sure I felt confident in my decision to switch.Dan's customer-centric approach and genuine enthusiasm for the T-Mobile offerings were evident throughout my visit. He took the time to answer my questions and provided insights that showcased T-Mobile's commitment to customer satisfaction.Together, Erica, Henry, and Dan form an exceptional team that not only understands the products and services but also prioritizes customer satisfaction. Their professionalism, friendliness, and expertise have made me a delighted new T-Mobile customer.Kudos to the T-Mobile team for setting a new standard in customer service. I look forward to enjoying the benefits of my new T-Mobile plan and appreciate the outstanding support I received during this transition. Thank you, Erica, Henry, and Dan, for making my switch to T-Mobile such a positive experience!

Went into the store to replace my screen protector through the P360 replacement program I have with my account, was informed that due to being a "TPR" location they don't do that there. I am an Ex-TPR T-Mobile Employee as of just a few months prior with 4 years of experience, I know full fledge that replacement screen protectors are 100% to be done at ANY and ALL locations regardless of corporate Vs TPR. Will not return to this location.

I had a problem with my phone, couldn't turn it on or open anything. The t-mobile store in Latham was able to open it and recover all the date. I highly recommend them for doing a great job.

TMobile here are bunch of frauds. This is run by 3rd party, the actual TMobile store is in Colonie. The staff here told my dad that Apple watch SE2 has ECG. He needed the ECG since he's a cardiac patient. After coming back home , he found out it doesn't have ECG feature. I would never recommend them; Everytime I've been there, I had good experience getting help from the staff.

Please be careful, they wouldn’t tell you the truth about the bill and you will end up paying much more than the promised one. They don’t care about the customer, they just need to increase their sale.

Signed me up for a $20/month protection plan without letting me know. Didn't see it on any bill until I got my first bill.

Went to get a new phone because the one I bought there a little over a year ago was falling apart. The back had become separated from the front. Tried to sell me a more expensive plan than what I had. I was already paying over $70 a month... on auto pay. I didn't need many of the "amenities" that came with the more expensive plan. Also told me I still owed $118 on the phone that the back was coming off of. And I'm pretty sure he said there'd be a restocking fee. Seriously? A restocking fee on a damaged phone? Needless to say, I didn't get a new phone. I switched to Verizon. I was able to buy the phone up front. And it's $45 p/m for service. And $5 or $10 less with auto pay. I had gone w/T-Mobile because they had merged with Sprint. I had Sprint a # of years ago & was very happy with them.

Purchased 2 New i-Phones, was told Airpods were free, they added them to my billing and said I would receive visa gift cards for reimbursement. The clerk specifically said I didn't have to do anything and that the gift card would be processed automatically. A month goes by and I never recieved a gift card, called corporate and they informed me I needed to fill out a rebate form, and that my window has expired. They didn't offer me any compensation or way to return. At least when I had verizon and had a problem like this, they would work with me on compensation. Poor experience thus far, likely a corporate training issue. Good luck with retention.

I have been managing my family's account with six lines of service for a very long time. I am someone who will actively seek out the best deal, taking phone and plan costs into consideration. In our many years, we've been with both Sprint and Verizon. In light of Verizon's (extremely poor) decision to turn phone incentive agreements into 36 month sentences (there is no phone out there that will give a strong performance for anywhere near three years!), I made the executive decision we would be taking our business elsewhere (and I strongly encourage others to do the same). I looked into all sorts of options with big carriers and smaller players, and I ultimately decided to go with T-Mobile: - they still have a 24 month phone agreements -their incentives to change were excellent -I've heard/read good things about their coverage -they offer home Internet (I also can't stand spectrum).Once this was settled, I found the location in Latham, which is extremely convenient, and I am SO happy I did! We worked with Natasha to get everything in order (six new lines, all new phones, etc.), and let me just say, SHE IS AMAZING!!! I have never, in all my years of having a cell phone, ever come across someone so knowledgeable ("book smart" when it comes to cellular), so intelligent (able to think on her feet), so effective at communicating (even my elderly father could understand and follow along-love you dad), and so willing to work with us to find the best possible solution for our specific needs and circumstances. On top of all that, she is friendly and pleasant to work with (which hardly seems to be the norm any longer these days). Natasha went way above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted without hassle or headache (which is what I've come to expect in the realm of cellular). Whether you have T-Mobile already or are considering making the switch, I would HIGHLY recommend seeking her out. You will be thankful you did!
