The store engages in active racial profiling of customers and then they try to back pedal when you call out their disgraceful actions. Terrible customer service at Target in Latham today.

Decent store, however, they have 10 god damn registers yet only ever will have self check and maybe 1 or 2 other registers open. The worst experience if you just need to run in and grab a couple of items, walk around the store for maybe 5-10 mins to grab something, then spend 15-20 mins waiting in a god damn line that stretches half way through the front of the store. 10 registers yet only 2 of them will actually have an employee on it.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Allll eyes were on me as I began doing 3 orders for door dash. I literally couldn’t walk anywhere without SOMEONE following me. Then when I needed help, no one was around. I had to call the store twice to get through to someone to get me up… and guess what… on my way out I ran into so many employees… especially one guy who literally stood near checkout to pay for the items… I then found him walking behind me as I left the store. And yes I will be calling corporate. I’m sure I’m on video and I’m sure this can all be seen! I already didn’t want to do the orders because I no longer support Target but I had to do it because I was dashing… never again! This is why you had more employees than customers in the store!

Can someone explain why it took 30 minutes to cash out? It’s not even like it’s a once in a while occurrence either…. It’s EVERYTIME. That’s Walmart behavior…. Do better

If I could give zero stars I would. There were 4 self check out lanes open, no one in line. The women made me go wait in line behind a woman with a full shopping cart. They told me I couldn’t have more than 10 items, I had 11. Waited for over 10 minutes for this lady to check out. Meanwhile, there are plenty of men getting in line for the self check out with full carts. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service.

I stop in here when I deliver up the road. I sleep in the area and I stop in the star bucks to grab a coffee before I start my shift. Target is a really nice store this one is always well stocked and all the staff were busy stocking shelves. They have a great selection of goods.

"Vaughn" needs some education on what's policy. Unfortunately for him that "policy" he was claiming does not exist and I was refused service. Being refused service in such a manner potentially makes this a discrimination issue. Initially I was not going to pursue anything until I checked with corporate.

I went to shop there and will probably avoid going into the store as much as I can. They can make it look nice and improve a shopping experience but when only 2 registers are open and takes you 30 minutes to check out is a complete failure of management and the company. You must be taking points from Latham Lowe’s. I understand self serve checkout is shut down to stop people stealing but to only have a point of sales at 2 places is a way to keep people away from shopping in your store completely. Why does Amazon make sense more and more?

Save yourself some time and hop on the highway to the east greenbush target. This one never has any registers open. I took me 45 minutes to get a pint of ice cream and a 12 oz bottle of soda.

I went in to buy one item at noon. The self check out is belted off with two registers open and lines 8 people deep on each. There is no express option.
I put the item back and left.
