.TO PROVIDE HBO THEY INSTALLED SEPARATE BOX THAT HARDLY WORKS FOR FEW DAYS AND GOES TO .DEEP SLEEP FOR DAYS..AFTER BATTLES WITH TWC THEY REPLACED THE BOXES 3 TIMES . THE RESULT IS THE SAME KEEP RESETTING AND KEEP CALLING THEM IS THE JOB LONGER THEN THE SERVICE THAT IT GIVES . .

Not the store. They won't help you if you go in person for service. I tried to return my cable box and the woman just glared at me. Go to the one at Colonie center.

They are the worst! All they do is try to upgrade you to spend more money on services you don't need or want! If you hesitate they keep putting you on hold. I was put on hold 7 times and the total time I spent on the phone was 37 min. That's how they get paid, on commission! I'm going to Free Air TV and Amazon for $78.00 a year and Netflix for $7.99 a month and hula. I have now been on the phone for over 37 min. just trying to get my service turned back on from vacation!!!
