I am at Ulta Beauty monthly for my hair appointment. I have been going to Ulta Beauty salon for over a year. Maggie is my stylist. She is fantastic. She has been able to do with my hair what no one else has been able to accomplish. She actively listens, discusses ideas and then works her magic. She gives her best recommendations for the right products for my hair which I can purchase right at Ulta. Ulta has a wonderful awards program. I love my hairstylist, the products at Ulta and the team of people that work at Ulta are so friendly and helpful.

I went to ulta the other day and the cashier named Madiha, was very nice and respectful. I had questions and she answered them with the knowledge she has and she made sure I understood everything i was purchasing. She told me about the program and all the benefits and explained everything. She always had a smile on to me and the costumers in front of me in line. Im very happy with the costumer service i have gotten from her.

Above and beyond services, professionalism, and ultra-friendly! I had a family member who passed away and explained how I had super puffy eyes from non-stop crying before my hair& makeup appointment. Kate, who answered the phone for Salon Services, ensured I had under-eye cooling compresses ready for my arrival---I have never been offered this, even at a resort. Beyond grateful for Kate and Kiyomi! I showed up late, and they even extended my appointment. Thank you so much for everything! I so so appreciate that you both not only took the time to help me get the look I wanted but also expressed your sympathies and knew how to do lashes for mono-lids, expertly conceal my acne and hyperpigmentation, and choose eye and lip color palettes, based on the outfit I would be wearing for the night and had options for a neutral look as well!

Megan is THE color/cut boss. Today she gave me a fresh rose gold and blonde highlight and I’m in LOVE.
She’s repeatedly ensured I get exactly what I’m after using clear and concise dialogue during discussion. She’s very upfront and accurate about how it will look and doesn’t mind spending extra time talking that aspiration out to ensure clear expectations and land on exactly what you want. Also, absolutely lovely to talk to in the chair and she’s always willing to offer useful info.
*BONUS- she has many years of experience focusing exclusively on men’s cuts…..so my husband and I go to get our hair done together 🫶
25/10 recommend Megan for both women and men.

I was pressured to join rewards program after repeatedly stating that I wasn’t interested, then the cashier told me if I didn’t join I wouldn’t be able to return my moisturuzer that I purchased. She said that a couple of times which I thought was a little odd. I said that was fine since I wouldn’t return it anyways. When I got into the car, I checked the item and the whole top was cracked, like split open. Luckily I have the old container of moisturizer at home, so I can use that top or I’d have to put the entirety of the tub into a different container so I could use it.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff
Didn't know which perfume was the display perfume. Got mad at me for saying the display should be labeled. She was very rude and hasty.

5 stars for the Master Stylist - Megan! She did a nice consultation and then walked me through the process during my haircut, and she was very thorough. I don't think I've ever been so happy with a haircut, it is exactly what I wanted!

I’m An ULTA Girly & I Came To This Location Because I Was In The Area For An Interview. I Was Specifically Looking For A New Facial Moisturizer - During These Cooler Months, My Kiehl’s Lotion Hasn’t Been Moisturizing My Skin Enough! I Asked The Associate @ The Cashier Which Moisturizer That She Uses. She Recommended La Roche-Posay. I Bought A Sample & I’ll See How It Works On My Skin! Thank Youu Hunny
