Hours listed on website are incorrect, nearby dropbox is broken, and UPS has lost or made impossible the delivery of multiple packages. Used to be a reliable, customer friendly company, but no more.

They say no one was available to receive package as it needs to be signed for my wife and I have been home all three days no ups truck ever stopped at our address. Their virtual assistant is useless you call customer service and get a call center from god knows where. I sure they have tried three times to deliver to the wrong address , they screwed up but they want to charge you to change shipping address

My review is about KATHY. I had a terrible customer service experience with Kathy. I called because I live in an apartment building and my package needed a signature. I couldn’t change the delivery settings online either — it did not give me the option to pick it up. It was the last day to sign for it so I stayed home and had text notifications on for when it was delivered. I got the text notification that delivery was attempted and was incomplete. Called UPS last night and had a pleasant conversation with a staff member about rescheduling it as a rush delivery and was told someone would call me in an hour to find a good time to reschedule. 5 minutes later I get a call from the rudest woman, Kathy, ever: “UPS, this is about your package. What’s wrong with it?” I explained how I live in apartment building and didn’t get any notification or warned about when the package was arriving (because I don’t usually hang out in the lobby and stalk the delivery people all day) and she had the worst attitude ever. She asked me “well what do you want done about it” as if I work at UPS and know the options. She then read the claim from the delivery driver that my buildings call system was not working, and when I said my building doesn’t have one of those, she continued to get loud, defending the delivery person (who I didn’t say anything about), and gave me a hard time. Kathy finally asked if I wanted to pick it up, I agreed, and asked if it was going to be an issue because that wasn’t an option that I could previously select when I was trying to fix the problem days ago. Her answer: I don’t know, does the package have restrictions. Once again, I’m being asked questions that I don’t know because I don’t work at UPS. Kathy, I’m sick of you.

Ann (24 Avis drive UPS) was amazing! Our passport had been lost for 24 days; she explained how the lost package investigation team has now been outsourced (!) but still was able to pull some strings to have a friend look through inventory. passport showed up 2 days later. Special shout out to Ann!

UPS corporate and 1-800 lines were little to no help. Local lathem customer support pulled through though. 5 stars for local.

UPS, you are by far the worst mail courier there is out there. I literally live right down the st from you yet you can never deliver my packages. I keep getting notifications saying the package is on hold because the st name is incorrect yet yes my address is correct!! I never run inti issues like this with FedEx; usps, dhl but only you! Do you not update your software? What is the real issue here? Is it the driver who doesn’t know how to use the Google map? Is it because this is a new st? I have a busy schedule with work and I can never make it to your ups location before you close this is causing a major inconvenience just because your incompetence or lack thereof. Unbelievable! I’m going to call the merchants and cancel the orders all together. You can deliver the packages back to the sender!!

Rude lady who knows it all because she has been there for 34 years. You know what that means? She really don’t know anything about her job. They took away all customer parking too. Do not even go there. Take your business to someplace that values it.

They can never find my home even tho they are given clear directions and clear land marks, and near by addressss to look for. I was informed by one of their drivers that they are not allowed to use Google maps and corporate has to update my address into the UPS GPS system. The driver Infromed me that could take up to several years to do. Mind you, my home has been established since the 40s. FedEx, USPS, and Amazon prime have no issue finding my home. UPS of Latham is the only carrier that cannot locate my home. UPS of Albany can find my home. But not UPS of Latham. Make it make sense.

This is the second time in the past week that UPS has not delivered my packages to my address. Maybe whoever you have for delivery, cannot see that well in the dark to know what address they are delivering to. I will be lodging a complaint again to Amazon to re-deliver my items.
