I have been a customer for over 25 years and thank goodness I have never had to use their customer service via phone or chat line up until now. It is absolutely the worse. They have call centers in the Philippines and probably elsewhere where your questions never get answered or it takes a very long time to get answers. I have two lines and the promotion was they would pay a monthly portion for each phone for 30 months. I waited until the 30 months were over and made sure both phones had zero balances on them. Now they are trying to charge me over $1500 for two smartphones because they claim my promotional credit is reversed because I closed my account before the agreement was completed. What a nightmare. They said not to worry because these are pending charges for the next bill. Why are they pending in the first place? They should not be there in the first place. They want me to wait another month for the actual bill. I don't want to wait another month to resolve this.

If I could give less one star I would. They sold me something that I later determined I didn't need and when I went to take it back an hour after I left the store they charged me a restocking fee. I called Verizon and told Verizon that if they didn't remove the charge, I would switch my service. Verizon apologized and removed the fee. Sense then I have gone to the Verizon store in Crossgates and they treat me great. No shifty sales people.

Spencer's performance during our visit to upgrade my mom's phone was nothing short of exceptional! His knowledge and expertise in all things technical were truly impressive. Not only did he patiently address all of our questions, but he did so with utmost clarity and transparency, making the entire process a breeze. His professionalism and willingness to assist made the experience seamless and enjoyable.If you're looking for a top-notch service and someone who genuinely knows their stuff, I highly recommend this store, all thanks to Spencer! Had an awesome experience with Lizbeth! Started the day with a mall trip to get our teen a new phone. In this trip the rep would not listen to what we had to say, and became argumentative and abrasive when we asked him to stop pushing his internet promotion. After he walked away from us, with no idea where he was going, we waited for about 5 minutes, and he did not return. So we decided, this isn’t the place to do business. He then called us to tell us to come back to get his quote. I nicely told him we will not return. I opened my Verizon app to find he added the wrong phone to our cart!! We made our way to the Central Ave location where we were assisted by Lizbeth! She did not push her promotions more than once, and even helped us save over $200 in accessories and assisted us to the correct phone we wanted. All said and done, Central Ave is the location to be & ask for Lizbeth!!

if I could leave 0 stars - that would be more appropriate for the service. I have a small business and elected for Verizon one talk and wireless internet for my building. here's their scam to rob small businesses. they sent me 3 extra phones that I didn't need, when I asked them to remove them from the account they said they needed their equipment back before we disconnect any lines And they can't be dropped off to a local store they need to be shipped back to the warehouse. that's fine send me a fedex label.. MONTHS of calling every month asking for a label. and I also refused to pay for the lines that I didn't ask for or use.. so now there's a balance on my account after only paying half my bill for those months (only paying for what I used). due to the balance the next month they disconnected all my service. (to a small business That's HUGE! who knows how many customers you lost in that time.) anyways call them again demand they fix and repeat again the need for a label that was still not received.and they say oh sorry we will turn your lines back on. next month(still no label) and $20 per line for a "Re activation" fee (even for the lines not in use) totaling $169.00 For their mistmake on lines that shouldn't have been disconnected to begin with. call them again! literally every month spending 2-3 hours on the phone with customer service (who is a third party and you get transferred about 6 times every time you call in- be prepared) they don't take notes on your previous call so you have to start your explanation from the beginning.. trying to get your bill corrected. small business owners don't have the time to spend 2-3 hours every month fighting with Verizon.. save your self the trouble and seek a different company. Verizon is TERRIBLE for small business. also one talk was useless. promised all these features and once you get hooked up- you learn that it can't do half the things promised.

Horrendous customer service. Do not recommend this location and reported to corporate for lack of knowledge and assistance provided by Ben and his colleagues on a Corporate Account.Phone disconnected from the network, freezing up our operation for an employee. Was turned away and refused assistance because their store system wouldn’t access the authorized user on an account, even though Customer Service could at the 800 #. Literally went to the Clifton Park store and rectified the issues with no issue. . . Do not recommend this location or agents.

I work in customer service and the customer service I received tonight in your store Monday, October 3 around 6 o’clock was unacceptable. This store definitely needs to retrain their staff. Part 1: I came in around 6:10pm to inquire about a phone upgrade and I was told by a young male with short hair that unfortunately they wouldn’t be able to help me today with that because all staff was busy and they wouldn’t have enough time to process me before the store closes at 7 pm. Fine than. I was understanding of that. He told me that some other stores might be open until 8pm and that there is a another store down the road. He couldn’t describe to me where it was and told me to Google it in Schenectady. So I did and drove there. I drove there about 15 mins away and staff was very nice and friendly and told me they were sold out of the phone I wanted and told me to ask if the store I just came from had any in stock and maybe try there tomorrow….Part 2… how I was treated when I drove back to ask that question at your store is the reason for this 1 star review…. I walk in the store at 6:45 and clearly observe 2 employees without customers (after I was told there wouldn’t be enough time to complete my request at 6:10pm) A worker not with a customer asks if they can help me and I ask him if they have the phone I wanted in stock so I can come back tomorrow but the younger male with short hair comes up and interrupts and says “Didn’t I just help you and tell you we wouldn’t have any time to upgrade your phone today” I said “That’s not what I’m asking, I’m asking if you have the iPhone 14 Pro in stock or not” Person than says no and I walk out. I felt not welcome in this store at all, the young male with the short hair made me feel like I had been kicked out of this store and how dare I walk inside this store. So rude here. I will never go back to this store for me or anyone in my family. Worth the drive to Clifton park where people are nice and not so ghetto.

They were generally fine, but what really made the experience poor was when I told them how I cam to their store they told me that the original Verizon store was "just trying to get me out of their store"... which was a really poor way to phrase that they didn't want to help.Professionalism - 1/10Generic Requests - 3/10For my total of 2 of stars

Got into the store, two customers were ahead of me…wasn’t asked anything when I walked in and was there ~ 30 minutes until SOMEONE ELSE walked in and were asked by an associate if they were checked in by anyone and they said no. I approached the sales rep and said I apparently have to be checked in by an associate as well, he said sorry I thought I already checked you in, “now there’s 3 people ahead of you and we may not get to you by the time we close.”Mind you I’ve been there since 2:20pm, and wasn’t even acknowledged for ~40 mins. Now I’m being told I won’t be seen because they close in an hour and I’d be put in the queue after the guy who just walked in…I went to a local place so I could actually speak with someone about the products and the multiple things I was going to purchase there but at this rate I don’t even know why they have this physical location in the first place since no one’s being seen at all.Since when does it take 2 hours to upgrade a phone when it’s in stock and I have cash in hand?

Eloise was the sales rep who helped me with my Verizon order. To make a long story short, there were some major issues with my order that I completed over the phone through Verizon customer service. Eloise had much more knowledge of the way Verizon systems worked and was able to help correct the 5 day long battle I endured with Verizon customer service reps and managers over the phone. She stuck with me through a 2+ hr phone conversation consisting of multiple customer service reps and helped guide the conversations with class. She showed respect to her employer, Verizon, and had my best interest in mind at the same time. Thanks for everything Eloise!

Got multiple lines here from manger Thomas Wellington, who handle business account. He is very nice when we open business account. He got buy one get one device. He mention Verizon will charge 2 for both device and then they will reimburse money for one free device. It’s been 4-5 months I’m still get charge for both device and he stopped taking our calls. Before he stop responding he use to say he will take care of it tomorrow and his tomorrow didn’t come for 3 months. Now we couldn’t get hold of him and we are getting charge for multiple devices.

Don't shop here because they will lie to you! In May, I went to this store to address a phone situation. I was looking to use my warranty to get aother phone since my phone was having issues. The associate told me that instead of doing this, I could upgrade the phone and it would be cheaper to do so. I then asked him if this was going to be the same for my wife's line, and he said the total bill for both of us would drop (go down from $210 to $174 a month). So of course we both upgrade. I paid over $500 in fees to do so. The first bill in June showed the discount he said. However, all subsequent bills will be at $206. And since I recently added FiOS, this price includes the $25 discount I get from doing so. So basically, without the discount, my current bill would be $21 dollars a month higher than what I was paying before! As a lifelong Verizon customer, I'm disappointed in the service and the lies told in order to get a sale. I'm looking to switch phone companies because of this experience. I don't mind paying the price; it's just that they lied. If you have to stay with Verizon, go to another store where the sales people may be more honest!

I waited 10 minutes before the "manager" came out of the backroom. He took my name and said someone would be right with me. Well, 20 minutes later after seeing 4 workers walk in and out of the back room which it seemed like they were doing nothing (only 2 customers in the store that were being helped) I asked the manager how much longer because I needed to be somewhere in 30 minute. His response was "its going to be longer than that so maybe this isnt the place for you" Whoa! I did walk out and not happy Verizon customer! AVOID THIS STORE!
