Do not try to cash a check here. What they don't tell you is you will waste time and money heading here. Because walmart does not have a license to cash checks in new york state unless you are an employee at walmart.

All the Front End Employees speak a Foreign Tongue. I only speak English...and I cannot understand them.So I called Corporet and they are Paying me to Study Arabic/Farci so I can Shop and talk to the Young Muslim Employees.

Literally every online order is missing items. This store literally owes me over a hundred dollars in items probably closer to two. Understaffed, out of stock, ghetto store.

As a Walmart its fairly big and there's lots of parking space. It doesn't have it's own mechanic section though so keep that in mind. The staff are not friendly and if you come here to pick up an online order, you're about to have a fun time. You'll be walking around the entire store because all the employees will just tell you to go somewhere else to pick up your items.

Would not let me exchange gifts I received without a receipt. Fine. My elderly mother dug the receipt out of the garbage. Brought it and the items back to store a second time. Was told said items were not on the receipt... BS! Could clearly see the item with proper price on the receipt. Was told I couldn't do anything about it. I asked if they could dispose of the item because it wouldn't fit me. She said no so I threw everything in the trash can behind me and left. Ridiculous!!! Also, was told we were given gift receipts but we weren't. My mother was never offered gift receipts and tbh, I've never been offered a gift receipt there either. What a waste!!!! Merry crisis, I guess!!!

During Checkout I was accused of being a Thief by an Employee, He said I did not Scan an Item. When he saw I did he spoke in Arabic. A yellow Coat Associate,IAN, came over to inform me everyone is Human. This tall man got so close to my Face in such Anger , I left and went to a Cashier. I notified the Managers and Corperate. After I left,while waiting for My Ride, the Angry IAN came out one entrance walking the entire length of the Store and into the other entrance. I recieved No call back from Corperate. I took it to a Private Lawyer.I'm 70 years old, No Young,multi-colored Hair Employee has the Right to Act in this way to a Customer .Beware of this Store!

Another two-part fail.Part 1: I ordered online two different flavored food items. One is easy to find at other stores (chocolate), but one is hard to find (strawberry), so even though Walmart keeps screwing up my orders I had to come here. I waited for my "order ready" email but after a few days it never came so I looked on the website. They had cancelled the strawberry order, but kept the chocolate one was "ready for pick-up". Since I didn't want to go to Walmart just for this, I cancelled the chocolate item too. I am waiting for my refund.Part 2: I needed some Butane for a train project and had to come here because Lowes and Home Depot apparently don't carry it. I ordered it online, and they said they had 5 in stock. My order said "ready for pick-up" so I drove over. When I signed into their Customer Service computer, it pulled up my order and said "Hi Ben...". I started a timer on my watch. After 5 minutes, I asked for help and an associate came over. They couldn't find my order on their computer, even after entering my name and the item number. When I tried to pull it up on the computer again, it said no order existed. Since my computer at home said 5 were in stock, I asked where they would be. I walked over to the camping section to get it and they were all sold out. So I left. When I got home and logged online to cancel my order, it said that I had already picked up my order. After talking with them on the phone, they cannot offer me a refund without first "investigating the situation", and if I am entitled to a refund I will receive it in 10 business days.Post Script: on the way out, I passed the food section and they had the Strawberry items I had originally ordered just sitting on the shelf. I HATE WALMART!
