They would not help getting a pinata down and they told us to go to customer service and stand in line which made no sense. Basically nobody there wanted to do their job. So I gave it one star cuz the place seems to be kind of filled with useless workers

Went to store at 8 am. There were no customers on self checkout but they sent me to cashier to stay in line because I had 20 items and the self checkout only allows 15. what a smart management in Walmart Latham.

They have soooooo many self checkout registers, but won't open more than 4 at a time. The lines are absolutely unhinged and it is 100% within their power to fix it, but they won't. One of the nicer Walmarts in the area, but the registers alone make it one of the worst.

First time at this Walmart, tried to use self checkout line but was told I can't due to limit on number of items. Didn't count but had close to 15 items and although no one was in line, I was told to go to a normal checkout with extremely long lines.
There should be additional self checkout for more than 15 items or additional lanes for the long lines. There's no shortage of available employees since there were three standing around and chatting.
Not sure how this Walmart has such high reviews, looks like they were from longer ago and it has fallen into disarray.

I don't know wats worse now ,the entire isle of soap and body products behind locked shelves and having to wait up to 30mins for an associate to come or now standing in line waiting for associates at registers if you have 15 items or more since self checkout is limited!! Over a hr jus trying to leave is insane and honestly some of the "discounts" aren't even worth goin through all that anymore!!!!!
