Latham Farms is a shopping center with a great variety of stores. These include Sam's Club, Hannaford, Home Depot, Staples, and others for food, wine, and sports needs. It is described as a very clean, organized, and peaceful environment with polite and helpful staff. However, the parking lots and connecting roads are considered dangerous, as drivers use them as a shortcut and vegetation can obstruct the line of sight.
