Came for a fill in and pedicure. Left with a ripped off pinky nail and a pedicure. First I waited 30-40 minutes for the rest of the staff to show up since the only 2 that were there was already busy. I got the pedicure, cool nothing spectacular not even a massage. Then to the nails. I show the nail tech a picture of what I want, but she can’t do fill in; she convinces me that a new set is better. Then she say she can’t do design I wanted and to wait longer for another person to finish up what they are doing to do my nails. Who wants to wait 2 hours before getting their nails done. So I tell her to just remove my current nails. She carelessly pulls them off to the point the whole tip of my nail ripped off my skin. Talk about furious! NEVER EVER again!
