This salon is a well established salon..great customer service, the stylists are punctual and customer service is great with these stylists. The atmosphere is so warm welcoming and kids friendly!! You should go here..

Y’all let me tell you, this is the place to go for real for beauty & hair. I took my daughter here for the first time & her hair came out amazingg !!! The customer service is very professional & respectful. It was definitely kid friendly & the service provided by Kim & Nicki was very nice. They styled my daughter’s knotless braids great & she was very excited. Definitely recommend all to come for sure.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I came here to get knotless braids and I was able to leave as a happy customer with my knotless. I could not fathom to be amazed at how I was able to receive a hair wash ,professional service, and flawless knotless braids done to perfection. I will be back very soon:):):):):)

LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon. I’ve been going for YEARS and never had a bad experience. Braids are always neat and well done , there is some true talented braiders within the salon. Not to mention this is a black owned business, in which I am always glad to support. The space is ALWAYS CLEAN and WELL PUT. Definitely give them a try , nothing but good results each & every time!!! Thank you to Kidz N Adultz For being one of the best in QUEENS.

I came to kidzAnd adults to get my daughter and I hair braided . I was greeted by Erica who was very welcoming and polite. She asked me what I wanted done and showed me a picture of the different size braids , which was very helpful to me. She was polite and professional with letting me know the prices . Erica did my hair and she was very delicate and time efficient. Onie did my daughters hair and it came out beautifully and my daughter also said her hands were so delicate. I am very pleased with our braids and the wonderful customer service I received. I highly recommend this salon in particular Erica and Onie.Service: Braids

Customer Service is Horrible!!!! This establishment has no set price and no consideration for people’s pocket. The first time I went with my two kids . I paid $140 for both kids. The second time I went I spoke to this rude lady who gave me a price breakdown that $70 for natural hair braiding and $ 10 dollars to wash their hair, I agreed to do their hair. Today I return and they high jacked the price and told me that the starting price is at $60 and depending on the style and extra $10 to wash and $10 to detangle the hair , which makes no sense! I told the lady listen it makes no sense to me how the prices change every time. The inconsistencies of this place is a major turn off, every stylist there is confused or just trying to see who they could run over and charge extra….. Never coming back Soooo UNPROFESSIONAL!!!Service: Braids

Don’t recommend. They are rude, ghetto and unprofessional. They aren’t kid friendly and they are super rough on these kids heads. The attitudes are horrible and the way they greet you if you even wanna call that is just so unwelcoming. They need to work on their customer service & communication skills. When I was there one woman left a child sitting there for 20-30 minutes while she went to go eat. These parents drop their kids off and leave them and I would never. I know they are Caribbean, Jamaicans I believe and they are just horrible as an establishment. DO BETTER!Services: Braids

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I called to see if I needed an appointment and they told me they don’t take appointments. So I walked in and they stated that there was a 2 hour wait. So I asked if I can leave my number they asked….. For What? I stated so you can call me when someone is ready. I also stated I couldn’t wait with a 2 year old for two hours and then proceed to get her hair done. They said well once u leave and someone walks in someone else will take your spot. Then they took my number and never called me to tell me if they was ready or not. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and not kid friendly.
