“This review is long overdue, but still needed to share my experience. I needed a few items printed (last min on my part) for my baby shower. I reached out to UPS to find out if they would be able to help me in the bind I was in. If I remember correctly I reached out on Thursday evening and the shower was on Saturday. Ayanna answered the phone and was SUPER helpful! She provided me with all the information I would need and no time while speaking with her over the phone and/or in person did our conversation feel rushed. She took the time to explain the process and what to expect. She even stayed late to cut and package the prints for them to be collected the next day. Most importantly was that she communicated with me every step of the way!While I wouldn’t recommend waiting until the last minute, it was comforting to know that this store was able to help.
