This review is long overdue, but still needed to share my experience. I needed a few items printed (last min on my part) for my baby shower. I reached out to UPS to find out if they would be able to help me in the bind I was in. If I remember correctly I reached out on Thursday evening and the shower was on Saturday. Ayanna answered the phone and was SUPER helpful! She provided me with all the information I would need and no time while speaking with her over the phone and/or in person did our conversation feel rushed. She took the time to explain the process and what to expect. She even stayed late to cut and package the prints for them to be collected the next day. Most importantly was that she communicated with me every step of the way!While I wouldn’t recommend waiting until the last minute, it was comforting to know that this store was able to help. Thanks Ayanna! Now don’t just go looking for her, I’m sure you’ll receive the same care from the other team members as well! ?

The customer service is lengthy and horrible. The reps curse at each other and pop gum while they speak to you. It's a hot mess. We deserve better service in the black community.

The process was easy and location convenient especially since it is after 5pm on a Saturday. Ayanna was very knowledgeable and pleasant too.

The UPS store has gotten much better with service. I believe that everyone was tense and traumatize in from COVID. The fear is not gone. The store is very small and the lines are long. The Guys are very helpful, and the Ladies are a bit Sassy. Gratitude in your Attitude will take far in the journey of life. Please and Blessings to All!

The employees are either over worked or under payed. I shipped from this location several times and my package got lost more than one time. My Amazon return got lost before and Amazon still refunded me because the tracking showed it was dropped off. They just randomly throw your package to the side because the lines are long and they are more concerned about clearing the line than properly packaging your items. The next issue I had they lost my package and when I called about it they get mad like you are not supposed to call and ask about your package. They start off nice but when they realize the package is in fact mailed from their location and not making any movement they start talking down to you with a loud voice. I asked politely for the employee to stop talking down and shouting at me but my answer was I don’t have to deal with this I have other customers to attend to and I’m not shouting when clearly they are. Just be aware if anything goes wrong with your package be prepared to deal with a stink attitude.

My Aunt is a senior citizen. We went into this establishment to return her cable box and stood there for several minutes being overlooked until she asked would she be next. Once again the person behind her was called and she spoke up again prompting a young lady (Thank you ) to assist her. At that point a heavy set fair skin male ( no offense if identified as other) with a high pitch voice proceeded to say" You act like you're invisible we see you and self edited his curse word that started a "S". I understand places are in need of employees, I also understand customers need respect. With that being said there is something called professionalism and on this day none was detected from this employee. The manager even spoke to him about his actions

I went there to print and the only way to print something was to send it to their email, which they charge $2 in addition to paying for the pages. Charging just to send something to the email makes no sense. Then what are the computers for? My print came out badly on their end. I didn't want them because the bad prints were of no use to me and I was told I had to pay for it anyway so I spent money for nothing. Would never come there again.
