Five Towns Inn is a hotel very close to JFK airport, recommended for short stays between flights. The rooms are described as decent, clean, quiet, functional, and impeccable with all basic amenities. Many guests appreciate the convenient location, free breakfast, and the 24/7 airport shuttle, though it only runs once an hour. The staff are generally noted as friendly, kind, and helpful, especially the night desk attendant. However, some front desk staff can be unfriendly, and one guest reported an unacceptable experience with a racist shuttle driver. The bathrooms are nice, but rooms lack a microwave. The hotel is near plenty of stores.
Rooms are decent. Clean and with all basic amenities. Only thing to note is that the shuttle to the airport only runs once every hour. So if you end up at say 2:15 at the airport, you need to wait till 3 for the shuttle. Otherwise you'll have to take a cab.

The night desk attendant was very helpful and patient when I called asking how to get to the shuttle from JFK. Bathrooms were nice and I always love a free breakfast.
