My out of town family had a great time at the hotel. Service was great as well.
Rooms: clean and refreshing
Safety: always someone at the desk
Walkability: shopping areas close by
Food and drinks: Breakfast was great. All the food was fresh.

Excellent, room is clean and tidy! Will come back again! I had booked this hotel, because I had midnight flight, but good for rest, my boyfriend stay over a night and enjoy the bed?. They have free shuttle to the airport.
The staff so helpful, especially the guy who let us early check in 30 minutes before check in time, we was so tired. And the lady who explained about what time I should arrived at the airport before my departure time.
Definitely will come back here again next year.

STAY AWAY!!! Obviously this is not a 5 star hotel and people stay here simply because they need to be near the airport, with shuttle service. Our shuttle driver's driving was alarming at best, terrifying at worst. On our way from the airport to the hotel, the driver aggressively tailgated the car in front of us within inches. Then he blew through stop signs and the worst part was that he went straight through a red light. Not a light that was just changed or about to change. A FULLY RED LIGHT. Paused slightly and went straight through. So unsafe and illegal. :(. I contacted the hotel via message and phone but they seemed unconcerned. They did not reply to my message at all and when I called, they asked that I call another manager who answered the phone saying something like "UGH the staff there can't do anything, they always ask people to call me!" She said she'd call me back, but of course didn't. Also the tub filled with water during the shower, because the drain was clogged. Gross. And the room darkening shades only went 25% across the window surfaces, so hope you like bright lights shining into the hotel room all night long. What's the point? Stay elsewhere.

Very bad service. The guy who gave service in the early hours of the morning treated the customers in a disrespectful way, spoke in a humiliating and belittling manner. Not recommended

Hotel in a location far from the center but with some interesting shopping centers. We got the room early. Shuttles are late and do not arrive on time. We waited almost an hour and a half for a shuttle to come to bring us to the hotel, and in the shuttle to check out, early in the morning, terrible night service from the guy at the counter. Yelled and behaved very badly, and there was not enough room in the bus for everyone. There was no proper preparation in both cases.

A typical 2 star hotel although our room was very clean, no smell etc. shower in bath, reasonable size, no noise so ok overall. Breakfast in lobby, All carbs eg bagels and cream cheese, a banana etc. Coffee ok. Cost $35 by taxi from airport.

It may be one of the least expensive options in the area, even though their prices have increased the last couple years. Rooms smell like mildew and smoke, holes in the walls, there’s access to a few fast food chains in the area. Staff is usually okay but it’s just generally not a nice place and isn’t worth the cost. It has the feel of a run down motel.

After my flight was canceled I was put in this hotel. The room was ok but the internet was so slow I couldn’t even watch a movie in Netflix. The carpet was a little bit wet and the light switches wasn’t easily found. Certainly I would not choose this hotel if paying by myself

Only 1 night because Delta Airlines paid due to flight cancellation. 1 star hotel... and look there....
