Got an alignment in the beginning of sometime this year it is now June and I and it’s time for me to get my struts done and I’ve learned that the entire frame of my car is bent. These people were the last people that gave me an alignment since then, this was after I put my struts in.. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. My car can never be aligned again

Highly do not recommend this place took 3 1/2 hours to have my tires put on my truck. They have one guy that puts on the tires he didn’t show up for work. They had to call someone else in. And when he showed up. it took forever to put them on And then they told me I needed front and rear brakes which I told them I will take it to my mechanic to have them done when I brought it to my mechanic the next day he laughed at me and said I didn’t need brakes at all.

Highly recommend!! Had an oil change and tire rotation done and the service was great!! Fast and professional!! Enrique is the best!! Def come back to this place for all my service needs.

You have to be quite aggressive with them if you want any sort of communication about what’s going on with your car. Ask for a lot of details and have them repeat back what you are asking for.
I asked for new tires and they patched the existing ones anyway. I’m disappointed that now I have to pay for the patched old tires AND go somewhere else to get new tires.

I been there for oil change.when I pickup the car to way home ,my car made noise because they didn’t fix the Engine plastic shield .
Mechanic was unprofessional.

I always have an issue with my tires and i finally found a great place and rick who helped me took his time to show me all the different tires that were good for my suv. He went above and beyond to help me cause im clueless and always worried someone will take advantage of me cause i don't really know yet rick eased my anxiety and frustration , i couldn't ask for better service. I will not go anywhere else after this for any service for my rogue. Rick went over pricing and found me something in my budget. Im grateful i found someone to trust and understood that my kids will be in my suv also for safety reasons. He also told me any other issues just bring my suv in.
I highly recommend rick and his team. I will be telling all my family and friends to go to good year for any automobile needs.

Bryan and Enrique have been wonderful and extremely helpful. I had a couple of issues with my Audi and they took great care of my husband and I. Highly recommend anyone come here for their car needs

Went to get alignment got there at 8:15 waited 2 and half hours went on the highway it wasn’t aligned properly had to bring it back then waited hour and 30 mins more definitely not coming back the guy who help me was very nice and professional

I visited this place today 06/29/2024 to buy new tires they also ended up doing an alignment which they did an awesome job. There were great workers specially NIA she’s an excellent person she was always very helpful and very friendly. NIA did an amazing and outstanding job service And of course will refer my family and friends to come there.

I connected with this goodyear store for almost five years as Uber driver I need to change my tires after 1.5 years and im always purchased 4 tires set and my first visit to the store in 2019 the guy name was harry he told me that when ever I buy 4 tires they will give me free 3 years alignment program. And my last visit to this store june 13 2024 i bought all 4 tires for my highlander the price was 1154$ but they didn’t give me alignment service so im very disappointed never ? come back ?good bye

I've been going to the Rockaway turnpike location since 2019. I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great quality service. The manager helped me today and was very informative and pleasant. Great place!
