Was in the process of purchasing a car from Reis Motors next door when I asked the owner of High Speed, I believe his name is Mauro, if he would check the car. Ater a thorough check.for.$75 he recommended.that we not purchase it. We had another we were interested in and he checked that one thoroughly also. Pointed out a few items that needed repairs and showed us on the computer that everything looked good with this car. We ended up buying the second car. And after discussing with Mauro asked if he would.perform the repairs. He gave a very reasonable price and did a wonderful job. One of the nicest, most fair mechanics I have ever dealt with.

I’ve had one experience with Mauro, and give him my highest recommendation. He saved my a*s from buying a lemon! Very thorough. Put the SUV up on the lift and quickly found 10-15 areas on the vehicle that made my decision not to buy the vehicle very easy, including a recent transmission swap (not reported by the seller). Last, he found the vehicles a/c was blowing, but wasn’t actually working, which would’ve been very easy to miss given the pre-purchase inspection occurred in the dead of winter. I was an out-of-area, motivated buyer and he could have just pencil-whipped the inspection, making a quick $40 in 15 mins and I’d have been none-the-wiser, but he spent close to an hour examining everything under the vehicle and providing a detailed report both verbally and in writing. I would trust him with all my vehicle needs!

Been taking my cars here for years. Two old guys use to own it back then they did gd work they was just slow as hell. Now the new owner Mauro is one of the best mechanics I've came across. He always found away to fix any problem I had with my car, and the best part he don't rob you of your money or fix things that work and charge you for it like many others have done. I won't let no other mechanic touch my car,so yeah hands down he's the best I've come across. Update 2/2/23 I still bring my car here and they're still the best plus he has help now.

I got to say, I took my Lexus es350 over there 2 times for AC repair. The owner Mauro is an honest guy and he is transparent. Ordered a compressor for the job but made sure to do process of elimination in front of me. Some mechanics would go for the bigger job even though it's a straight ripoff. I'll be referring business to them and I have no problem returning there for myself in the future for maintenance.
