I had a great experience all thanks to William - the manager. He was super attentive, accommodating and really new his sneakers.I love ASICS but he was able to convert me over to Brooks. I would definitely come back here.

Their help is dismal. We were on a waiting list and they let four families go ahead of us w no apologies. The salesperson was knowledgeable but she disappeared to restock leaving us to finish fitting and checkout on our own. The cashier was missing for ten minutes. The styles are not top of the line or the latest models and their prices are high.

The staff was not friendly or helpful I walked in with 3 kids that needed to be fitted and the staff was very rushed and basically with the exception of one of my kids had me fit my own kids. I came bec I needed someone to make sure to size my kids feet correctly otherwise I could have gone to any store ... I was not pleased

I like that they take their time and measure you for the best fit. Very helpful and great prices. Only wish they had a greater selection to choose from.

Good store, been going there a long time, but some of the new young sales guys are INCREDIBLY RUDE! The more experienced ones are really nice and very helpful, but they need to change the name of the store to INCREDIBLE RUDENESS if they keep those awful young ones.
