I needed to get a replacement debit card and was reluctant to go into this branch because of all the negative reviews. The lady who attended to me was courteous and efficient and I had my replacement card within half an hour.

Excellent service, very lovely employees, very tasteful and decorative space. Each employee we spoke to was well informed and assisted us with every and anything we needed, security guards included. They expedited every concern and were kind, personable and very informative. Love that I live close to this great branch. Highly recommended!!!!

It was a horrible experience. The white teller was racist, arrogant and unprofessional. Handed me my money openly and wouldn't answer one question for me. I had to get a supervisor to get answers. Very unsafe practice. I wouldn't recommend it. The td bank in whitestone is very professional.

While the workers there are really nice and helpful, I gave 1 star because it makes absolutely no sense that there's 3 or 4 tellers but only 1 person handling issues such as loans, debit cards etc. I recently opened up a new account and twice my online account has been locked. Not to mention that I have to go inside just to order a debit card. If I would've know that this would be a headache, I would've stuck with Chase Bank.

As a owner of a business. I would like to start this with I have never been so disrespected. The safety guard was the nicest person there. The initial representative took my transaction I asked for a manager… I got a snare like for what? it was a substantial amount… to my point it wouldn’t matter if it was or not it’s my money and thats what banks are for if it was 2 dollars you should treat people with respect and definitely if I’m going to use my business funds there. I dealt with another representative who I assumed to be the manager before realizing that’s she was also not the branch manager, I provided details two forms of Id and I was told there the “factors” of my check and they wouldn’t be able to do anything but they offered me this magical 100$ dollars. Now HERE IS THE ISSUE I never spoke to the manager… He sat 6 feet from me and the representative Ms.Onika stood up waited for him to finish speaking to a client and then asked him directly next to me if there was anything he can do…. His response was so blatantly discriminatory and upsetting it took personal restraint not to have a afternoon lunch with Nassau’s finest. So I said thank you to Ms. Onika I understand. I want to be clear 5 towns I’m sure has a lot of business accounts or not and I’m also sure they may not have a lot of Black business owners also unclear but I will say this the entire staff was black so I would assume that at least I shouldn’t be degraded or treated like a second rate banker. TD bank pays on average a bank manager 73k pay them more so when another young black entrepreneur comes in to deposit his/her money other wouldn’t be any more scrutiny. Also roll out the red carpet like you would do for some other people banking. It is safe to say this will be a short live business arrangement between TALK2EMM NYC Inc. and TD bank because of one short sloppy dude in a vest.

Rude staff, wants to do the bare minimum, very unwilling to assist. I wanted to withdraw some cash and they didn't have $100 bills, like what bank doesn't have $100 bills?

Am visiting this location long time, since the White lady came in the front desk to deal with the customers. SHE IS VERY RUDE, NO MANNER AND VERY VERY UN COOPERATIVE TO SOLVE THE ISSUES.FINALLY I DECIDED NOT TO GO TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN DUE TO HER ATTITUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR. SHE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE FROM DESK AND PUBLIC DEALING TO IMPROVE THE BRANCH REPUTATION. MANAGEMENT MUST CONSIDER TO SAVE THE BRANCH REPUTATION.

I was dealt by the worker named Moya for customer service. I asked her for a letter from the bank stating that my current card was replaced with a new card. To which she said she cant help me at all, after requesting her quite a few times. I simply went to another TD Bank branch and they issued me a letter about the card replacement. I believe the staff needs to be trained better, her willingness to help me in any type of way was zero. Not the attitude I expect at a TD Bank.

Just opened a business account with them and am already unhappy with customer service.Why do I have to make multiple trips to the bank in order to get the assistance I need.You are the expert in the operations of your bank, every bank is different. It would be great if you would share some of knowledge with new customers to avoid all the back and forth.

Everytime I come to this drive thru it's a 20-30 minute wait. It's absurd. It's 2 mins from my house, but i'm better off driving further to the next one and I'd still make it home in less time than waiting here.

Terrible service, very unprofessional, specially the teller manager (lady) she didn't even know how to talk with the customer. I went there yesterday (Monday)and had a worst experience with the teller and their manager (lady ) then GM Last name Marks he got involved in the situation and said sorry to me and told me that he'll follow up with me before the day end yesterday but he didn't, then i called the bank number twice today to talk to him but he never answer the phone. I have been banking with td bank over a 16 years holding the 4 accounts, after the yesterday incident now im thinking of closing all my accounts with them. My account name is Mohammed t, Chowdhury.

I have had TD bank for over 5 years now, and I have been very pleased with their service. Until I moved and started using this location. I withdrew money from the ATM, then went inside and asked for $200 in singles for my upcoming vacation for tipping Money, since I don't want big bills outside of the US. I was told that they do not have any $1 bills.....A bank....That does not have $1 bills... A literal BANK...

After standing in line for 15 minutes to change the name on my account I was told they would not help me since it was 1:01pm. This place is awful, workers standing around doing nothing when they could have helped me, or let me know that they closed shortly so I could decide if I wanted to risk standing around only to not be helped. 0/10. I'll be moving my money to another bank. I would have overlooked this if it was the first time something like this happened.
