Original post like 6 months ago maybe more: They need more people working at the desks. I spent an hour and half waiting for help.
They have 4 empty desks and 1 person here. There was 2 people at desks when 1 came in. 1 took lunch break. If 6 people are waiting maybe better to help a few before taking that break....
Update March 2 2025
I was here Friday for time sensitive issue.
I had to stand in line 10 minutes in line to be told have to wait to see someone sitting at a desk.
Waited 10 minutes to see someone at desk but had to get back to work.
Left and came back today.
14 people standing in line for the 2 people working the counter/ drive thru.
I'm # 6 or #7 waiting for desk person.
Only 1 person at desk.
It's my own fault for not scheduling appointment. I tried Friday to do that but system was mixed up and tried scheduling me for the nearest branch to me... in Canada . Lol ugh
So ... Since I arrived about 10 minutes ago 3 more people say down to wait for the 1 guy at the desk.
TD please try to get more people to work when you know it's this busy. I know Sundays tough.
Also... Why not have hours open when people are not at work...

Wed nights etc
You close at like 5 every day now. Not convenient.
If you want to tell me that I could do this transaction by phone online etc it's not true You told me when I called I need to come in person.

1:07pm. I just finished. Took over hour but I had book to read so I was ok.
Everyone at the branch is VERY nice and VERY professional (in general). My complaint is not at branch, employees or managers. I am hoping TD Home office lets them get more help or increases weekday hours so not such crunch on limited times they are open.

I have been a customer of this TD bank since 2015 very polite teller's especially Adia I hope I'm saying her name right but I like all the teller's never had a situation at this bank if I did it was handled in a professional manner also the people at the Desk are polite I never had any problems with going over there which I believe I had to see them like 3/4 time's through out me banking there so basically what you give is what you get be patience be polite kindness is priceless treat a person how you want to be treated PERIOD... LIVE LIFE & celebrate Life celebration's God bless you All AMEN

Went there yesterday afternoon with my boyfriend to set up a new account, waiting time was short then a lovely Miss helped us Kenneishia Ergas. She was so patient and kind and helpful she guided me through the whole setup and explained everything so great. I was so happy and satisfy with the whole experience and happy i chose TDbank.And the security lady is very nice too.
