Called, spoke with Lilia. I explained there was an Ego product I ordered from another Ace but the order was cancelled as they sold out of the item. Lilia checked and advised me she had the item in stock. I asked her if she can put it on hold for me to allow me time throughout the day to get there to purchase in person. Lilia kindly said yes, put my name on the item and left it at the front desk. I was so appreciative and grateful she helped me with the product I needed. From the call to the pickup, the experience was wonderful. I have my eye on a few more things and I will certainly be back. Thank you!
