This is for the service department. Sent my daughter's car in for codes that came up involving the breaks. I was told the shop I went to messed everything up and it was going to cost me over $1000 to fix. Waited 5 weeks for parts. Parts were not all there so i canceled them working on it.I finally got fed up with them and took it to another service center and it was fixed in one day at a cost of $100. This shop also did not charge me $170 to hook up to a machine too figure out what was wrong. The only issue was programming. You would think a trained GM tech would be able to figure that out. Very disappointing ?Been driving car for almost a week and not one issue.

Purchased vehicle in December. Was told tire that was low on air was remedied. Had to take back and they "fixed" it under warranty. In the 8 months I have had the vehicle, I have had to continuously put air in the same tire and have had 7 different service codes come on. When I made an appointment to have service on the 1st code, I had to call several times to check on the status as I never received a call at the time specified. Then was given 2 very differing price estimates for work completion. I fixed it myself for $15 in 1/2 an hour. Now I can't even get them to return calls. Poor service and salesmanship. I would not recommend my worst enemy to go there.

I have made online appointments twice and delivered my car the night before to make sure it was on time to be serviced. TWICE they don't take the car back until late afternoon. This time I called at 1pm to get an update was told "i have no idea and I will call you when I have an update" no call back! So called at 3pm left a voicemail and again no call back. Called at 4p to find out that they had just taken the car back at 3pm. This was for an appointment at 8am. No oil change, no service to the warning light for the parking assist NOTHING! This was even for a car bought at the dealership!! Buyer beware you might get a deal but service is totally garbage!! I wont ever buy a Bob Johnson car again just because of the service!!

Waited for over two weeks for oil change and tire rotation! Then the call the day before to say they are behind and want to reschedule so that I’m not there all day! Are you kidding me….i schedule ahead for a reason

I had a great experience buying, and can now say that the service department is FANTASTIC! The service person went above and beyond to get me back on the road (a minor issue that was my fault, not the fault of the vehicle) - now a customer for life!.....

Everyone from the sales consultant, finance manager and general manager were professional and made the deal go smooth. I was waiting for my Chevy Trax to land at another store they got it in and prepped and ready for delivery before I went out of town the next day.

I talked to Tim about our lease ending on our truck he found us another truck my wife and I went there yesterday and filled all the PaperWorks out and he was very professional kind and John he helped us out on the finance part of it and he was very nice also soon as we walked in the show room everybody was very professional and kind. this was our first time we leas a vehicle from Bob Johnson Leroy we went to another Chevy dealer for 30 years and we’re happy that we made the change. They have good service. It's just sounds odd when I asked the cashier lady about the changes of charges and she played innocent. Like she didn't know nothing about changed of price charges . I didn't expect the cashier lady to explain it to me in details. All I wanted to hear is a valid reason towards customers. Especially me, I'd been their regular customer since I bought my GMC Truck in year 2019 and I'd been their regular customer for more than three years. Since I lost trust on them, I just decided to let go for good of my Truck. I hope they'll have better service and appreciation towards their customers next time, all the time.

Tim Hodge is the best, we looked at ordering a vehicle the test drove 2 different ones on the lot. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed or pushed into something I didn’t want. I purchased a beautiful Sierra 1500. Thank you

My 2021 Silverado continues t have transmission issues. I have brought to the dealership twice and both times they claim the engine is the issue. The first trip the said the engine was misfiring and needed a new spark plug and coil. I don’t know if this is true, I believe the issues are coming from the transmission slipping. The second time the service tech, Aaron, stated they engine light was was on because of “old codes”. This does not make sense considering they truck was in less than week ago. How old could the codes be? Furthermore, the transmission is still slipping and the truck shakes often while driving especially when shifting gears. If the chalking persists placing the vehicle into neutral stops the shaking. Bob Johnson continues to be useless with their “assistance”.

No one came out to bother me as I looked but I also had to search for information... So sorry this previous happened at the dealership in Batavia NY.Yesterday I had the wonderful opportunity to go to Bob Johnsons in Leroy. I drove though the parking lot and before I could get out of the car. Dougles Curry who was kind and not at all pushy. I told him that God has us on hold right now. He told me as soon as WE ARE READY he will get whatever vehicle we want to see from any of their dealership brought to Leroy for us to test drive.My sweet baby girl Arlie was with me so I could not crunch numbers but Doug was still Kind and understanding.
