S&S Limo Service was extremely accommodating to the wedding party. They were very easy to work with and one less thing to worry about with their reliability. I forgot an item on their shuttle following the wedding. They called me back asap with an update that they found my item. They were very accommodating on ensuring that my item was returned to me in a timely matter. Would recommend using them again.

TLDR: LGBT couples may want to look elsewhere.
My experience was very disappointing when you consider the cost of this service and the level of preparation that went into booking.
My wife and I hired S&S months before our wedding, and from the first time I spoke to them it was clear that there were 2 brides, and they even took down both my and my wife's information multiple times while confirming our booking.
The disappointment came the day-of when the driver of the limo didn't know the pickup schedule... S&S was also told to contact our coordinator day-of with any questions (and not the brides), but I receieved a call from the driver literally as I was putting on my wedding dress. He then had to call the coordinator multiple times to confirm the pickup schedule, which was just from the hotel to the wedding venue and back to pick up guests. This was even after our coordinator had checked in with S&S the week leading up to our wedding to confirm all the details and make sure the day-of ran smoothly (which sadly didn't happen)
And as the cherry on top, after dropping off my wife and her wedding party, the driver asked her where the groom was!
That was beyond unacceptable and frankly inappropriate. For the cost of the service I would expect the driver to be given all necessary information from management, which seemingly didn't happen.
Wedding couples, especially LGBTQ, look elsewhere

Efficient & thorough.
Every person I connect with during book was so helpful. We booked a 25 person shuttle to help with transporting our guests to and from. They made sure to follow up on the details and getting the appropriate points of contact. Thank you Tara!
And then Jim our driver. He was so kind, patient and attentive. Such an exceptional guy! He navigating all the trips, the turns and some interesting driveways with ease.

My husband and I used S&S Limo for our wedding party transportation both to and from our wedding in August 2024 and I absolutely recommend them for any event transportation. They were accommodating and quick to respond when I had a question or needed an itinerary adjustment. The vibes were fun and they helped our day go smoothly!

I booked through this company for a wine tour and I was asked to provide an itinerary prior which was provided on October 20th, the tour was November 9th. Keep in mind I received nothing from them about any issues with the itinerary or any suggestions of places allowing buses or limos. Jim arrived to pick us up, he wasn’t very personable. We get to the 2nd winery and Jim suddenly tells me the last winery on the list doesn’t accept buses or limos, I said ok and asked if he had any suggestions. Well zero response so I said let us know when we get done, came back and not a word. This left me scrambling on my 40th birthday to find another winery in the area so I spent time not enjoying the 3rd winery looking for another place. He could have at least made a couple suggestions knowing the area. He knew we couldn’t go to the last place! He didn’t wish me a happy birthday or provide much assistance when trying to put wine into the van. Definitely way overpriced for the service provided. The company needs to suggest wineries or at the very least let you know which ones don’t accept buses or limos.

We were a group of 11 ladies doing a Seneca lake wine tour. We rented the limo party bus that seats up to 20 so it was very roomy for us to spread out & also for our purchases, cooler of beverages & warm jackets. The initial contact & quote with S & S was both professional & friendly. The office was very accommodating to work with.Our driver was Amy and we all loved her! She was on time, immediately took the time to help us connect our music to her blue tooth speaker, and was also ready to help us take group photos. We were pretty loud but she just smiled and allowed us to have fun. She dropped us off at every front door then went to park and wait for us to text her that we were done at each stop so she could come pick us back up at the door. We are already talking about another trip & will absolutely use S & S limo & Amy again! - the Florida Girls!

I used S & S twice this summer (once for a wine tour, once for a beer tour) and I could not recommend the company more! Dan was our driver both times and he was excellent. He arrived to pick us up early and kept us on track to make sure we were back on time. Dan was very knowledgable about the area and wineries/breweries we were going to and also kept us laughing the entire time. We will definitely use S & S's services again!

We booked a limo bus as a shuttle service for our wedding; just for getting guests to/from the venue and hotel. The driver was punctual, polite, and attentive. He verified the split schedule right up top before we started and kept everything moving along smoothly throughout the evening. No complaints at all!

These guys were great! Everything was so simple from inquiring about a car/bus to actually renting the party bus and the actual day of service! Scott our driver was amazing and helped out with making sure we were all comfortable and getting everything we needed on and off the bus. It was an amazing and fun day of winery hopping for my best friends bachelorette!! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great service, my driver ( I requested) same as last time was Dan B. He was excellent picked up early and was very nice. Got us to our location safely and drop off safely. S&S is the way to go for any type of transportation needs!

We have used s&s for both prom and senior ball and were more than happy! They made sure that all the bases were covered with keeping kids safe and communication with me as the parent was excellent! They were more than accommodating when we had to make a last minute change. Highly recommend:)

I cannot say enough good things about S&S Limo and our driver, Paul. My mom's birthday wine tour went off without a hitch and was amazing because of them. I got several quotes and they are the most competitively priced, the vehicle was clean with many amenities, the office staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the booking process, and the cherry on top was Paul. He helped us refine our itinerary to get the most out of the day and he was more than hospitable. I would absolutely recommend S&S for all your Finger Lakes transportation needs.
