Brenden at the Tool Rental was really helpful, and understanding of language barriers. He was really patient and fully explained the process, making it less stressful. His customer service was outstanding.

Shop here weekly and am usually satisfied here. I've had some problems with online orders not being picked on time and occasionally closed aisles in this store can really cut into my time. Staff has always been helpful here

Is what it is, nice staff, pro desk can be better on weekdays, when prime time workers process faster customer service.
