“The alternator in my Jeep died while driving to ROC airport early morning. Called them about 6:00am, he was returning from another tow and got to me by 8:30. They came with a flatbed and towed the Jeep to their garage, verified the alternator was bad, ordered a new one that was delivered in 45 min and installed it into the Jeep. I was back on the road by 12:00!! The price for all services was more than fair and an overall great experience at Jimmy's. “Fantastic service. After a 360 mile drive from Long Island to Geneseo, I noticed a grinding noise coming from the rear tire of my automobile. I pulled into Scorsone’s Service Center 3 hours before closing on a Friday afternoon and explained to Debbie that I needed to return to Long Island later that evening. I was hoping they could diagnose the problem and let me know if it was safe to continue my trip. They pulled my car in to the service bay, installed a new set of rotors and brakes and had me on my way in a little over an hour. They turned an untimely break down into a seamless repair. At a time when it’s hard to find great customer service Scorsone’s went above and beyond. You guys are awesome. Thank you.”

“We were camping in Letchworth in a trailer when our engine light came on in our truck. We needed a mechanic to look at it but the Chevrolet dealership was booked for two weeks. The dealer recommended Basil's auto repair. We called and they said bring it in, we'll try to squeeze you in. Once in the door, his wife told her husband the people from Michigan are here. He came out with a code reader and checked our engine, checked the oil level, asked a lot of questions. In the end, he reset the code, said if the engine light wasn't flasing we were okay and he didn't charge us a penny. It was such a relief since we were so far from home and the Basil's owners were so professional, friendly and thorough. Thank you so much. “Woke up at the Abbey, went to the car and was greeted by a 'low pressure, back left tire' alarm. 300 miles from home. One isn't supposed to swear on retreat, I guess, but I'm ex Navy :) checked reviews and distances and went here. WOW! Got an appointment early that afternoon, went in at the appropriate time, car was on the rack in 5 minutes and tire repaired and I was on the way back to the Abbey in 35 minutes.
