“Fantastic service. After a 360 mile drive from Long Island to Geneseo, I noticed a grinding noise coming from the rear tire of my automobile. I pulled into Scorsone’s Service Center 3 hours before closing on a Friday afternoon and explained to Debbie that I needed to return to Long Island later that evening. I was hoping they could diagnose the problem and let me know if it was safe to continue my trip. They pulled my car in to the service bay, installed a new set of rotors and brakes and had me on my way in a little over an hour. They turned an untimely break down into a seamless repair. At a time when it’s hard to find great customer service Scorsone’s went above and beyond. You guys are awesome. Thank you.”
