“The tellers are friendly and the service is efficient. My only disappointment is that they no longer have the cash counting machine - I used it on a monthly basis and now have to roll my coins. Other than that, I am very pleased with this Capital One!”

“We've had our mortgage and a car loan with Chase and we were always happy to visit this location and deal with the branch manager Angel, or the financial representative Phil. We were so happy, in fact, that my husband and I recently opened bank accounts with Chase as well. Phil was so helpful in opening my account, and he called me a few days later to make sure everything went smoothly with receiving my debit card, and to make sure I was happy with everything and answer any questions I had. He called again to check in about our mortgage, and to see if there was any way he could help us lower our payments. Everyone at this branch is so friendly and welcoming. Other financial institutions I've banked with have called me a "member" but I never felt like anything but a number. The staff at this location know you, remember things about your family, and they really make you feel like you're a valued customer.”
