We this Banfield for the first time since the one we usually go to was booked out for weeks. This location and visit was overall 10x better in every way. The vet was very kind and took his time to talk to us and answer all questions instead of rushing us in and out of the room. The vet techs were very nice and helpful as well. If this Banfield was closer we would go here all the time.

Couldn't be happier with my recent visit to Banfield in Levittown. I usually go to a different vet in Farmingdale, but when they were booked, I got an appointment with Dr. Bruno. And I'm glad I did—she was fantastic! She really made me feel like my pet, Mack, was in capable hands.But the stars of the show were also Maurisa and Alexa at the front desk. Maurisa bent over backward to fit Mack into the schedule and answered all my questions patiently. It's nice to walk into a vet's office and be greeted by such a friendly and competent first line of 'entry,' so to speak.In short, it's comforting to know that there are so many qualified and great vets and staff at this location and Farmindale location . If you're in need, don't hesitate to book an appointment here.

Levittown customer service is terrible. The people up front are fine and polite but the vets do not get back to you. My dog was there on 9/20 and I was told by Dr. Bruno I would have the results in a "COUPLE" of days. After placing several phone calls to inquire and a week later no one has gotten back to me and everyone is too busy - even the office manager who I asked to speak with. Terrible customer service!

Don’t recommend at all. I’ve been trying to book a dental cleaning for my dog for over a month. When I call the front desk they tell me the coordinator, Michelle, will get back to me. I’ve patiently waited, but they just don’t seem to care. Because of this I decided to cancel my membership with them, but that’s another long dragged process in itself. Calling Cusotmer service to cancel my membership, but no one picks up. Emailed them as well, but no response back. Horrible customer service experience with the whole company.

Excellent doctors and staff. Minor issue with the amoung of dog hair in exam roomsMy dog has short hair but I always leave with excessive amounts of long dog hair one. I got a short haired dog because of allergies and the long hair doesn't help.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had!!!They refused to see my dog because I was almost 15 minutes late for the appointment. I said I understand I am a little late but it was out of my control. I was stuck in traffic. I took off from work early to get there.I offered to stay there until the end of the day if necessary but was told it didn’t matter, their policy is not to service you on that day if you are late regardless if they are busy or not.I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager on duty and they would have someone call me back tomorrow. I said that will not help me now, I need to get the meds for my dog. I waited the better part of two weeks for this appointment. The counter person I spoke to said the policy is the policy and the vet on duty said I would not be seen today, period!Again, I calmly explained that I took off from work early to get there but they did not care and said I could reschedule another appointment. I was told the next available weekend appointment is July 17th, 18 days from now otherwise I would have to take off from work again for a mid week mid day appointment.This was not my first time using this locations services and I haven’t had any issues before. I just don’t understand how they can alienate a repeat customer.I get it, I was late but come on….This is terrible customer service.I spoke with the PetSmart store manager and was told they have nothing to do with the vet service, they operate as a separate entity.I will wait for the managers call tomorrow and see what happens.I hope this was just a case of cranky staff on duty and not their corporate policy.Very disappointed to say the least

Won’t answer the phone during their posted open hours. Goes straight to voicemail, I haven’t gotten any response NOR have they responded to something as easy as an email !

I give one star because i can not give you less than one, also this is not for the people who works at this hospital, is for the entire banfield corporation who preys on us loving pet parents, who after suffering the loss of our beloved pet, we decided to cancel our plan, since we didnt need it anymore, but we were told we will have to pay $ 600, imagine after the emergency expense, the cremation and the pain we were going through, no sympathy at all, after being with them for many years. I would recommend potential seekers for pet care to do not enroll your beloved pet on this scam, better save the money and pay a vet as you need it.

DISGUSTING. My dog was having a seizure, his first one ever and the first one we've ever experienced with a dog. We rushed him in and they refused him to even check him. They told us there was nothing they could do and to go somewhere else. Didn't suggest anywhere to bring him or what to do while he's seizing right in front of them. They wanted no part of it. We've been bringing our dogs here for over 10 years. Disgusting humans. We had to rush him to a vet clinic and luckily he was okay. If he wasn't, it would have been on them. All they care about is money, not your pets. Any one who was working that day should never be allowed to work with animals ever again. POS.

I was skeptical at first, but have brought all my pets here for the last several years and been so happy with the appointment availability, courteous staff and excellent care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for well care or routine procedures.

This place is an absolute sh*t show. They declined my dogs food through chewy without even giving me a heads up that they will no longer be prescribing it. Mind you I was in the office the week prior and the doctor didn't even mention the food to me when I finally spoke to her 3 days after me calling and asking what other foods they recommend and why they are taking him off it she told me she dosent read what kind of food the dogs eat. Mind blown!!! I had the plan and waited weeks for appointments even when telling them that my dog had an allergic reaction from a medication they gave him. Please go to a private vet and not this place nobody here cares for your dog like a sole vet would it's a business to them no care no love. Very sad.
