I have been a BOA customer for 30 year. Although I am not excited to state that, showing my age ;), I am excited to have had the pleasure of dealing with Daphne at the Levittown branch. She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Her attention to detail was great. The most wonderful thing about dealing with her was her fantastic attitude. You just knew you were going to leave there happy and satisfied.

Applied for a mortgage and was told loan was in final stage of approval, just clearing a title issue, for months. The week before closing, four months later, they told me that they don't approve loans to buy homes from life estate. They knew of this from the beginning. Now rates are soaring and they refuse to honor their promise. The loan officer rarely contacted me and was out of office for long spells multiple times during the process. He no longer works there. They can't tell me why there was separation. I am being told that they can do nothing to make up for a mistake that will cost me tens of thousands of dollars.

Refrain yourself from going to this branch went in with a issue with my online bankingfirst time I was told somethings wrong with your phone and for that reason you’re not able to login wait for a week and try logging it againcame back after a month with the same issue but I was put on hold with customer service where they hung up on me ?I waste my time every tine I’m in this locationManager Francisco is very good at his job he’ll get you connected with customer service to reduce his work load

I’ve been having trouble getting approved for a credit card. I came here because it is my bank. My experience was great. I dealt with relationship banker Ahmed, and he made it such a smooth and simple process! I would recommend this bank to anyone. Request Ahmed! He’s great!

My worst experience with Bank of America since I opened an account with them over 20 years ago. Went in to open a business account. Made me wait for a guy in an office for 30 min. When he finally got off the phone, points me to his office and then says I need an appointment to open a business account. He acted like I was a complete inconvenience to him as if he was going to make no money off me. Avoid this branch at all costs if you have to interact with the idiots in the office who don't even know how to introduce themselves. Terrible Terrible Service.

I'm only giving one star because that's the lowest I can go. Terrible customer service. And if you're someone who keeps a low revolving balance or of a certain age, they'll trump up a way to get rid of your account.

Went there cause I needed a document notarized. Because I didn't have an account there the girl told me she couldn't do it. Does she even know that by law she is required to notarize any document I have? Good thing I don't do my banking there. And I never will.
