They will lie and sell you broken/missing parts items and there is no resolve. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in recently after being a customer since the early 2000s and I bought an open box listed as "excellent" before a big move out of state. To our dismay the box held nothing - and I mean nothing but the soundbar. After an hour on the phone waiting for customer service and being hung up on, I called the location directly. The person on the phone informed me that this is incredibly common!!! Incredibly common for a $700 soundbar to come with no wires, no remote, and instructions to a Sony Bravia TV? Wild. I entered the store and after waiting first on line for 10+ minutes, the kid who pushed us to buy the open box and even knocked off $10 was the person walking to register to start our return or attempted fix at the missing pieces. He did not care and said I should've opened the box and checked. So YOU as the buyer are responsible to inspect your open box before leaving even though geek squad is said to have "certified this box as excellent" - That's not what Best Buy's website says! Furthermore there were 0 comparable soundbars and he said "we would pay the difference, of course" as smug as they come! Never again will they receive a cent from me. He nervously refunded us and said there is no opportunity for feedback to the company which I will be challenging as I feel that may not be the case. Overall 0/10 experience this place has gone to the dogs!

I ordered a apple computer over $3500 on line and went to store to pick it up the next morning. When I got to store the sales person said it was already picked up!!!! When I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the "customer service mgr" and he handed the computer to the customer himself. when I asked to speak to someone above him, he said there was no one else there until next week. I found out he lied when I walked around store and asked if there was any other managers in back. Eric (store manager) then came out and said there was nothing they can do. My credit card company credited me back for the computer immediately and said that it must be an inside job. Obviously, they would not show me surveillance cameras. DO NOT ORDER ON LINE AND PICK UP FROM BEST BUY!!! I would give them ZERO stars but it's not a choice!!

I bought a television online and opted for delivery and installation based on the information they provided for me. After selecting the item and paying for it, everything changed. The delivery date all of a sudden became a no go and communicating with the store or any other Best Buy representative became impossible. They say they will refund my money if they can't deliver within 2 weeks but I was promised the television today. No concrete info or accountability. It won't even allow me to cancel the order or switch to a store pickup. At this point I just want to cancel and never have anything to do with Best Buy ever again.

Came to buy Google Nest Floodlight find it on the display, tried to find an associate took about 15 minutes and then directed me to the checkout said that they have it there, waited another 20 minutes in line and finally my turn and they can’t find it, please wait an associate went to the warehouse to get it, ok np another 30 minutes, I’m still patient. Finally got it, in the end my wife also bought it for me and I came to return it and happens to be I’m one day over a return policy 14 days, sorry we can’t help you. So I just left mad. And have an extra item that I don’t need.

Purchased Beats headphones for my wife and went in knowing nothing about them other than they can be pricey. The staff were extremely tentative and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They answered all of my questions and remained patient with me while I went back and forth about a dozen times debating on which pair would suit her needs best. The sales rep ultimately convinced me to purchase a mid-priced model as it more than exceeded her needs. Turned out it was an excellent purchase and these were the right headphones because she hasn't taken them off since! To make my experience even more pleasant, I've gotten peace and quiet for the duration of the time those headphones are on! Lol-give these guys a raise!
