This has to be the most incompetent financial institution I've ever encountered. i have experienced them duplicating automatic withdraws and then there policy is 1 not to inform you, 2 decide to return the payment, not to the account they've taken it from, 3 then issuing a late notice with late charges and interest. To add insult to injury, the automobile loan was paid off and all information regarding the loan is not available to me. I found all this out when I requested a Lien Release. When I tried to explain that I had a buyer for the car back on January 3rd, (this whole fiasco took place on Jan 17th) and in the interim purchased another vehicle, this suit from corporate advises me to "take it to a dealer". The WORST. WORST customer service (except for Donna) bank manager of the Levittown) I've ever witnessed or heard of. Stay away.

I don't know what has happened to this bank? They ran a new computer program and now hopeless to tranfer between accounts apparently no fix i tried. Door entry broken for months can't get in. Now went tonight to DEPOSIT money and both atms could not process the transaction? All they do is wast my time lately we will be leaving them soon. Ok update 12/29/21. Atm unable to give balance info. You can't make this stuff up lol.

Probably the worst branch in Long Island. Every time I come here there is an issue, 5 times now (all different dates & times) the ATM either doesn't work all together or has some issues. Getting into the door after hours is a project of itself and forget about the drive-thru, seems like they have sloths working it. Go to King Kullen down the road, you'll have a better experience, I promise you.

It is a little tricky to get to it. One must turn into a shopping center thats large and pull into a small left section of the parking lot. It is separate from the rest of the stores.But I never have a problem getting into the ATM. Good location
