Training with Ginny has been life changing. She has helped me build strength, muscle and endurance. I was in constant pain from sitting at my desk all day long. We focus on strength training with weights and core strength with yoga incorporated. I look forward to my sessions and have seen changes in my body and posture. Highly recommend.

I was incredibly frustrated with how I was feeling due to my years of struggling with PCOS and on top of that significant challenges I was having due to post COVID effects that impacted my stamina, balance, energy levels, and muscle tone. One day I was desperate to make some changes and I googled “PCOS Personal Trainer,” not thinking I would get any results. That’s when Ginny popped up and reading about her approach to personalized fitness seemed like the right next step for me. I contacted her and within a week was given a personalized fitness program that was customized to fit my needs. I have now been working with Ginny for a year and it’s truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made to put myself first. Ginny and her program have been instrumental to my recovery. I have noticed a significant difference in my strength, stamina, energy, balance and gait, and it’s also really nice to work with someone who understands and actually listens to your health issues and challenges as a client. Ginny has PCOS herself so she’s empathetic, flexible, and most importantly helps you to come up with a strategy to reach your goals all while taking into consideration your personal needs. She’s incredibly knowledgeable on the body, on PCOS, and how to properly train her clients to achieve their goals. In my opinion I think the level of customization you receive from Ginny and what she charges is incredibly reasonable and you won’t find that anywhere else. She really works with you and wants to see you succeed and is not looking to just take your money at all. I’m very thankful that I found her and that we’ve been working together for this long now. It’s also nice that I’m able to support a local small business owner. If you’re thinking of working with Ginny definitely reach out to her, you won’t regret it!

Has been working with my daughter well over two years. Dedicated, reliable and so suncere. Very knowledgable regarding best exercises for specific muscle tone. A great "coach" Always positive. Highly recommend!

I CANNOT say enough great things about Ginny! I have never had someone who didn't know me care so much about my well being. Not just from a fitness perspective but from a mental health perspective, too.I have been with Ginny for so many different seasons of my life and no matter where I am at she meets me there and I could not ask for more! I've tried a ton of different fad diets and exercises and truthfully I feel the best on Ginny's plan and know that im making changes that will last a lifetime not just for a few months until a new fad comes out.Thank you, Ginny for all you do and continue to do!
