Atm did not dispense my money but it took it out of my account. Branch told me call the number on the back of my card. They did not even put a out of order sign on the machine so the next person either gets my money or they steal their money also.

Today I was here around 3:30 to pay my Dad's bill. My Dad is 65 and in poor health. Due to our state being dangerous for COVID 19 the past couple of months, my family and I are trying to play in safe. I was running my Dad's errands and this was one of them.Anyway I was didn't catch the teller's name but she had told me, "To make a payment you can use our ATM". I had responded, "My Dad's old school. He'd prefer if I did it here." There wasn't anyone after me on line. I also dislike using the ATM because I've had issues with the machine and tellers. She responds, "Well he sent you out so you should just do it at the ATM." She really didn't even have to respond so smart assy but she did. I said, "My father asked that I do it here." So after feeling like I was a burden on her, she took my payment and said, "Well you're really not supposed to be using another person ID." I didn't say it to her, not for nothing I was doing my father a favor by running to the bank for him. I'm not trying to open an account under his name or anything. It might be against their policy but with coronavirus being very recent you'd think she'd understand. Their Westbury location did it for me no problem. She also could see by his ID that he's an older man. It just felt like she was deliberately trying to give me a hard time because I wasn't using the ATM. I'm trying to do my Dad a favor and I'm going through childish back and forth answers. I thought it was really nasty and rude of her. I did end up saying, "I didn't realize that, I would've called or something." But she took the payment anyway so the whole conversation was unnecessary. She was deliberately trying to give me a hard time.I know the pandemic has been hard on a lot of people. That's why when I'm being served or" taken care of" at places I try to make everyone's job as easy as possible. I can imagine how difficult sow customers can be so I do my best to not do that. I'm not looking for any back and forth or anything additional. Even though I was extremely unhappy with my service here, I remained extremely polite. This pandemic has me worn out and I don't have it in me to go back and forth with anyone. It's just disappointing when you do your best to be polite and think of other workers and then to be treated disrespectfully. This situations are exactly why I pay my bill online, I don't want to deal with rude and unprofessional tellers.

Waited 25 minutes with my elderly relative to see a banker at a desNot once during that time did anyone come over and greet us, nor did anyone apologize for the wait, nor did anyone assure us that we would be helped shortly. It was, quite frankly, as if we weren't there. Horrible. They need quite a bit of PD when it comes to customer service. After finally seeing someone, he was unable to help us! We left and went to a different branch, where the banker helped us in all of 2 minutes! Will never be returning to the Levittown branch. This is the response I got from Capital One in Levittown. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Very friendly staff but the lines are always super long meanwhile there are usually plenty of staff standing around but not willing to take customers especially during lunchtime hours.

The tellers are friendly and the service is efficient. My only disappointment is that they no longer have the cash counting machine - I used it on a monthly basis and now have to roll my coins. Other than that, I am very pleased with this Capital One!
