Employees in the store not helpful at all in regards to returning items. Was getting a headache at some point and left the item in the store. Use a different location

They have a ridiculous return policy. If you don’t have a receipt, you get a store credit but it must be used that day! It’s very hard to know what size kids will be in what season. I don’t understand why they just can’t give a store credit?

Good experiences generally with staff & cleanliness- small selection is only drawback. But they will help you to order online for delivery to store or home right at the cashier so super helpful if you don’t mind wait to maybe wait a day or so extra.

Amazing customer service. Pretty friendly staff. Except for the store manager Megan . She’s very rude and condescending about everything & throws attitude for her position!!!!Other than that it’s a good big store with huge variety and discounts. Ample of parking. Highly recommend ??
