I have just purchased 5 rooms of blinds from Steve. I have been so pleased with my purchase and my service. The whole process was very fast and very easy. The installer Joe
really knows what he is doing and they stand behind their work. Also Graybar gives you a lifetime guarantee. All kinds of quality window treatments are costly. If you buy garbage they will not

I was a little apprehensive about shopping here after reading the reviews but I ventured in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. The two women took the time to help me and my wife select our new kitchen curtains. They did inform me of the no return, no exchange policy and i assured them I read the sign as I entered. The employees were awesome and deserving of 5 stars but the no return policy knocks the rating to 3 stars. I'd be leary of making a very expensive purchase because of their return policy. Overall they had what we needed and they're conveniently located.

I had gotten curtains elsewhere on line and I needed a single clip to adjust the bar so the curtains would line up. The sales lady pleasant and helpful , knew just what I needed ,,found them quickly in stock and while there I found a few good sales and I purchased an outdoor snowman decor.( see pix) and a kitchen dishtowel . I also saw a plate with a loving saying from a parent always welcoming their children home, . A loving item for a gift. A

Store is overpriced. Sales people do not acknowledge that you are alive. Had similar experience in the past but thought maybe i caught them on a bad day. It seems this the normal poor customer service for this store. Not surprised to see for rent sign on this establishment soon. Keep up the great work. Sorry to bother you today.

I did buy a few things here and they did have what I needed. I just don’t feel uncomfortable there and there’s no return policy especially in a neighborhood that is middle to high class.It’s not the dollar $1.25 store. I don’t understand you can’t return if it’s at least a few days.Or exchange itAnd they make it very clear that they don’t return exchange??♀️The one good thing is that you know that somebody else didn’t bring it backHowever, people do touch their dish towels pillows in the store, so it really is a little bit strangeIt’s really not the way women Shop it might not be acceptable when they get home and then they lose that money which is hard to getI think it’s better to go to JCPenney‘s Kohl’s Walmart, normal stores

I don't know why there are negative reviews, Steve came to my home and was so helpful and made the process so simple and easy. He was patient and informative. The installation was today and it went flawless. I will use him in the future. If you look at my other reviews it shows I am very critical.

Avoid this store at all costs. The sales people are rude and can't answer basic questions. The no return policy makes it even more undesirable to shop here.

Sorry can't shop at a place that has a no return policy.Everyone knows how hard it it to find the right curtain, you must buy a few pairs to find the right one. This policy is ridiculous and I will never shop here again. I definitely understood this policy during covid-19, but its over!

I had a similar experience with Steve. He came to my house to measure windows brought in the books of samples and in two minutes wanted me to pick out shades verticals and fabric for three rooms. When I told him I needed more time he said in his arrogant tone you are the first person to ask me that. I should have asked him to leave my home that very moment. He went on to criticize my existing shades from the previous owner and told me that my crown molding was severely outdated. I cannot believe that he is the owner of the company and prides himself on customer service. Instead of getting shades I got a miserable unhappy jaded business owner hurling insults at me. Steve is in bad need of an attitude adjustment. No wonder he stated that he cannot keep staff working for him and is short handed. All I can say is wow !
