We always have to wait days every month to receive my husbands prescription. They always have a different excuse as to why it is late.\n\nWe are changing pharmacies because we are so frustrated with all the delays.

As always CVS rocks. Marcella made my day at the drive thru. She was so friendly and pleasant. We need more like her.

Marcela is very polite and professional. She always answers my questions and is knowledgeable of the store. I have seen her once teach a CVS manager to use the computer in the pharmacy department and another manager on another occasion at the front register. Both times when I was a customer to help facilitate my purchase in an expedited manner. She is gem and I took the time to do this survey for anyone who needs to know that hard working people still exist who care about customers needs.

I have used this CVS pharmacy for years. It used to be across the street. The newer store is very clean and organized. The CVS Associates are always helpful, or ask if you need any help. And the pharmacy is terrific, What are you having a prescription filled or you need a vaccine There always there to help you !

I scheduled my flu/covid shot online at CVS. When I arrived at the appointed time, I discovered CVS didn't have a contract with my insurer for the flu shot. My insurer is one of the major medical insurance companies in the country, so this was a surprise. The pharmacist informs me it will be $49.95 to get the Flu shot or I can go to Walgreens, Rite-Aid, etc. and get it for free. When I ask why didn't CVS warn me when I registered online about the $50 fee, the Pharmacist corrects me - "It is $49.95". I request only the covid shot. He gestures me to a a closed off area. I am with an elderly lady. She tells her friend on the phone "I am waiting for a test to determine whether I have a cold or the flu." I ask the pharmacist to cancel my covid shot. After a debate, he crosses it off my vaccine card. He wrote it had been administered. More back and forth and he agrees to give me a receipt saying the "vaccine is on hold." I rescheduled an appointment to get my flu/covid shot at another major pharmacy. Enough with CVS.

The customer service provided by this pharmacist Nima is absolutely disgusting to say the least. I called the store at 7:00PM. For 15 minutes the hold music played. Nima answers the phone at 7:15 and states she is by herself and also doing vaccines thus cannot answer phones as quick. At first I was sympathetic. I needed a COVID test kit for my wife. After giving Nima all the info she needs to process the test kit, I tell her I am on my way I will be there in about 20 minutes to pick up. Nima states she cannot prepare the test kit in 20 minutes. She says because she has to process it under insurance it will take 1 hour for her to get the test-kit ready. I said ok fine. I went to the store at 8:07 PM, I walk in and to my surprise Nima was not working alone. She was working with three other pharmacy technicians!!!! She lied about working alone and making me wait an hour to get a test kit! As I am on the register I am hearing in the background the phone ringing and \\\"1 pharmacy call\\\" constantly being played on the phone. Not a single one of their techs or Nima is providing any sense of urgency to answer the phone!! This is just simply horrible customer service behaviors demonstrated by a pharmacist. Three technicians yet long wait time to get 1 script out...just absolutely shameful and disgusting!

Today my self and other members of my family went for an appointment to take a Covid-19 test At CVS drive through. It was a disaster, they were suppose to be prepared. But wasn't, the girl at the window(Aman) tried to get things going but was totally unprepared for the task at hand. She scramble trying to find her way.Not her fault all together....Management is to blame.Poor training of the staff. They weren't able to get us started, the Covid-19 kits weren't ready at all.We were Behind schedule. What normally would have been 25 minutes for us it was going to be at least 2 hours and then some.Bad operation, lousy service. The point I obviously made is simple if you want too be tested don't go there.Go else where or you stand to experience the same as I did.Was told by someone with in my family not to go there but I didn't listen should have.....

The Pharmacy staff is completely incompetent, they had an entire hour to get my prescription ready and they complained that backed up. The truth is they weren't doing anything behind that counter, I will never use CVS again.

I will say, I'm not in here a lot because of their usual slow service. I was in here for a gift card and I won't be returning. The manager (I think he is) stands right on top of you as your using self check out. I had to tell him to back up multiple times. I have high risk family members at home. The store was already crowded and the COVID cases are high right now so I was very anxious and I was dying to get out of the store. He asked me if I needed help at least five times. I don't mind assistance but after politely saying,"No thanks" every single time, take a hint that I don't need help. I have the ability to be able to ask for help if and when i need it. I was a little insulted because I was wondering if he thought I was going to steal with all of the cosmetics I was buying.I'm also high anxiety and having someone stand up your ass your entire transaction is extremely annoying, potentially dangerous, and triggering to my anxiety. At one point I was making sure my items rung up correctly and I guess because I was taking too long for his liking I said, 'Fine. Help me then.". I only told him to help me because he was so annoying and I wanted him off my back. I honestly felt like I had an annoying toddler saying, "Mom are you done yet?"standing by me.

I don’t know the words to explain the feeling of getting home to realized they forgot to put your child’s medicine in the box and having to drive all the way back. Maybe if they stop gossiping and pay attention this wouldn’t have happen. Luckily it wasn’t a life threatening. #DoBetter
