When we walked in I was worried my iPad would not be able to be fixed. The gentleman who was there on Wednesday look at it and told us the problem and that he could have it done in an hour, One hour later I was back to playing games on my iPad. I just recommended him to one of our friends.”
“Absolutely exceptional service and help. Everyone I dealt with helped and went above and beyond for me. My phone has been submerged under water and wouldn’t turn on. I took it to 5 different stores and they were the only to be able to turn it on. At first because the water damage was so severe it would only turn on for 3 minutes at a time then shut off, but the most important thing to me was sentimental photos. The technician not only continuously turned the phone on and off for me but he went through and helped me manually airdrop thousands of photos which is what was most important to me and he had absolutely no obligation to do that much. After almost 4 hours of non stop doing that, I was going to come back the next day to continue since the phone has 22,000 photos and it is difficult in 3 minute intervals. When I arrived the second day I was told by the technician that he had worked continuously to find a fix and was able to find a way to fix the battery to keep it on long enough to do a full data transfer to my new phone and I was able to restore absolutely everything. I can’t express my gratitude to everyone involved, and let alone how ridiculously fair the pricing was. There is no where else I will be bringing my devices from now on. Absolutely amazing experience definitely recommend them. 100/100”

The reason it’s not only there but also doing well is because Tommy handles each customer personally, he takes his time to actually speak to people, find out what their issues are and then does what he does best quickly and efficiently to rectify them. Tommy is a true gentleman! And unfortunately, these days, there aren’t many of those left. Well, not in this case. It was a pleasure meeting Tommy and getting my 55” Samsung TV repaired at TNT Electronics Repair in Baldwin in no time and at a great price! “First time at Superior Electronics to fix a Yamaha powered speaker (DSR115). The owner, Kent, has been doing this for 30+ years. Pro-audio and TVs are his specialty. I didn't even know this repair shop existed so close to where I live.He offered to check the speaker out and bill me an agreed rate only if he fixed it. No diagnostic fees. His rates were reasonable. He said it would take a week.One day since I dropped it off and he's fixed it. Some caps were blown.Great first experience. Highly recommended. Thanks, Kent!”
