Worst Professional Manager of a Fedex Office. The man is rude, unprofessional and arrogant to customers. His employees are the nicest people in the world. Too bad, they have WORST PROFESSIONAL MANAGER. Go to another shipping stores to get your packages shipped - UPS, Post Office, DHL, Walgreens or other shipping store

Ellysa and the rest of the team were amazing! So friendly while helping me and also managing the rest of the line. It was my first time shipping anything at FedEx and she made it so easy. I even learned a few new tips for my next shipment. Great customer service and store was clean and organized.

I stopped by to drop off a return for my wife which had been pre-labeled by her. Unfortunately the receiving address was cut off of the label. Ellyssa went above and beyond to help me get the correct label printed without having to go back home. I really appreciate the excellent support! Highly recommended.
