I agree with the above review also where do I start first off Ernesto was Clueless! He told me I couldn't claim head of household..Went to Cpa and they said of course you can! Second the price was 799.00 that's not even exaggerating! They charge for every single piece of paper. I had notes on a plain piece of paper they copied it and charged me extra for the filing! ( not the copy) DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY!! Please!

Can not even give one star. I made an appointment to have my taxes as well as my adult children done. Convenient and close to my home. Website look reasonable. Never discussed price so my assumption was it would be close to what is advertised. Once the taxes are completed then a price is provided.
One of my children who has not one write off was also bombarded with a price that was not agreed upon.
I have learned a valuable lesson. NEVER GO TO H&R BLOCK!! Awful service. No guidance. Terrible buyer beware
