The tax expert was very knowledgeable and ask questions to make sure their were no changes and if so how he may incorporate it. He made me very comfortable so much, that I was able to read my book while he worked. Extremely polite and respectful.

Mr Singh is extremely unprofessional and rude! He scheduled an appointment with me to do my taxes for 2018 and 2019 and then when I got there rushed me out because he had a doctor appointment then asked me to email him my documents so he can finish my taxes on his own time and get back to me! He processed 2019 first and never processed the rest. I kept calling him and emailing him For information on my taxes and he blocked me!

Don't have your taxes done here. The guy I dealt with - which may be the only guy that works there since he was by himself both times I went - messed up my return so bad that even after I went back to have him fix it I still was sent a bill from the IRS.
