Best car buying experience ever! Spencer and Waiel were the best. Spencer was so kind and he was so knowledgeable on the truck I bought. Waiel also was amazing. He made the final signing process so easy and quick it was truely amazing. Would definitely recommend going here if you are considering buying a new car or truck.

My vehicle was dropped off on October 10, 2023, for a list of issues which included transmission issues. The vehicle was ready for pickup on Nov. 2ND,2023 with only the transmission issue fixed as other issues were not needed or parts were needed. I drove it 1HR out east and the transmission was leaking and burning on my exhaust with an awful chemical smell which I have videos of. Took the vehicle back the same day and the service department found that the transmission pan gasket was leaking which was part of the transmission overhaul originally done. Picked up the vehicle on Nov 8th. noticed it was still full of trans fluid and could smell it while driving home. The smell persisted for weeks but didn't take it back in because I was awaiting rental reimbursements which were over $2500 and FORD's extended warranty policy only covered $400. I had confirmation from multiple reps and service advisors that my 10 days were approved and have all case numbers and screenshots of this. Reimbursements were never received from the dealership. DECEMBER 11TH took another drive in an attempt to go back home to Florida and the vehicle started leaking again. Went in the next day and did not like the attitude of the service so I did not leave my vehicle to be serviced and before I left I confirmed that I was receiving the $400 which I should have recorded because I contacted the dealership today and received this message from the GM"I am sorry you are having problems with your F-150. All repairs performed at Levittown Ford Service were performed according to Ford Motor co. standards and procedure. Any reimbursement for money you might have laid out for a loner vehicle must be approved by Ford. Tonia did submit a reimbursement request on your behalf, and it was denied.Unfortunately, because you have you have retained counsel and have an active lemon law case open with Ford, Levittown Ford can no longer be involved with your case.Good luck in the future.Best Regards,Charles RicottoniGeneral Manager "I informed them of the ongoing issues I had with the vehicle and the current lemon lawsuit I am in progress with Ford regarding a settlement because of all the downtime I had with the vehicle which added up to over 3 months since owning this vehicle over the 2 years and some months. A lemon lawsuit does not affect any warranty on the vehicle or extended warranty bought on the original contract. I've requested information regarding this from the dealership via email and did not get a response. I then had to call Ford Customer Rep after 2-30min calls were dropped I got in touch with a nice rep that informed me the reimbursement case was denied because 2/4 rentals I submitted were a BMW which I rented because I had to fly home to Florida and that was only for 4 days the other rentals I had were an F150 pickup for 2 weeks and a Ford Explorer for 1 week which were in NY. I am baffled that this is the response and the dealer does not want to fix issues that arose after they were the only ones that serviced the transmission. I am posting this with no malicious intent but as a warning about the type of service provided by this dealership and the response from upper management. Went to look at cars and ended up leasing one ! Great experience at this dealership. Robert F was very informative about all aspects of the cars and the financing available. This dealership and its salesperson was a great experience and a no hassle push to buy a car. They went slow and explained every question we had. My salesman Rob Fowler and the rest of the team from Levittown Ford was a pleasure to deal with. They were upfront, honest and didn’t try to do the typical salesman pitch which was refreshing. They were accommodating in purchasing a new truck and made it easy. Definitely recommend coming here to buy a new car.

I just brought my explorer in for its first oil change at the service center and was helped by service advisor Alexis Bell. Alexis was fantastic she noticed that there were no Ford points added to my account, so she made a phone call and made sure my points were added onto my account. As my first maintenance check, small repair and oil change were going to take some time she arranged to have me brought home until the work was done. I am so impressed with the customer service I received. Alexis was very personable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend using Levittown Ford, not only their service center but the dealership itself as that is were I originally bought my car and received the same courteous, helpful service.

Just bought a car from Brad Simon from Levittown Ford. He was an awesome sales man. He talked with me, made me feel like I was important. Answered my questions, helped me understand how my Mustang operated. Last car I bought, the sales person wouldn't even talk to me. Just told me to fill out the forms while he was on the phone. I will definitely be coming back here for my future cars. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to buy a car.

I’ve been a customer of the Levittown Ford service department for 5 years. Almost everyone I’ve ever talked with there is very pleasant and easy to deal with but my recent experience with the service advisor Tonia Clarke took their customer service to another level entirely. She greeted me early in the morning with a big, friendly smile and that set the tone for our interactions for the day. She was friendly, professional, honest and such a pleasure to deal with. She communicated helpful updates about my car, including texting pictures of my brake pads and providing accurate prices for everything I needed done. Even though I had to spend a nice chunk of change to replace both my front and rear brakes and have some other non-warranty work done, I drove away from the lot at the end of the day with a big smile on my face because of how I was treated. Good customer service seems harder and harder to come by these days, so having an experience like that with Tonia deserves recognition, and is why I’m writing this. Thank you, Tonia. I’ll be asking specifically for you on future visits.

Dealership tried to charge me $2000 extra to purchase my truck off lease.I went to a different dealership and they only charged me DMV fees.I unfortunately leased my truck from levittown Ford, would never go there again. Do not go to this dealership!DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR OFF LEASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!YOU CAN GO TO ANY FORD DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE YOUR CAR.

From the moment I walked into the showroom to signing papers everyone at Levittown Ford was a wonderful mix of friendly, compassionate, informative, honest, and professional. Immediately understanding my budget limitations Matthew at Levittown showed me cars within my range and treated me with high respect, I never felt nervous or anxious. Brought the car in for a recall and they told me it needed radiator service..I picked the car up at 5.30 the shop closed at 6..as soon as I left they left after. 5.40.. when I got on the highway and was doing 60 MPH the whole car shut down and all of the safety lights came on..the car slowed down to 15 MPH..I had to exit the car on the highway and when I checked to radiator I saw they never put in the anti freeze...then when I called the service center they all went home early..I was stuck on the highway for an hour waiting for a tow..I filed a complaint with Ford and the service center offered me a coupon...I'm just thankful it was only me in the car and not my family...I'll never buy another Ford from Levittown Ford again...This is my second submission...I can document and prove everything I am alleging...Don't trust your family safety with this service center..

This is my 4th lease with Levittown. If it wasn't for the approach KEVIN who stepped in to get me past the fact that this model did not have captain's chairs, I may not have come home with the car. THANK YOU KEVIN for giving me a different perspective and for following up with me. I have added him to me list of employees at I count on! Other compliments are due to WIL, who helped with the financial paperwork on the truck leased a few months ago. For this Explorer Eric was most helpful.They both were patient and knowledgeable.

Awesome customer service by the salesman. I didn't end up buying a car as I found something else that better fit my needs but working with Treigh was amazing and a very smooth process, and a very kind man!! I honestly wish I got the car I almost did from them. Plus, 0 dealer fees AND they are working directly with my bank so I don't have to go through a refinance hassle. That sells me on them alone. Will absolutely look into going for my next car.
